You better speak Russian out there, otherwise you get treated as “lower class client”

Sadly disappointed,
You don’t get what you pay for.

My experience:
(We are AquaTerra hotel guest )
•Payed 70 euro each for 1h 1/2 ,even without any discount because hotel guest;
•any flip flop with the right number ;
•hammam not working;
•any soap/shampoo/conditioner in the showers;
• unhappy with the customer service;
etc……
Very displeased , not the experience and treatment I was expecting from this wellness and spa;
I don’t have any problems to pay this amount or even more than this for a top service, but I’m sorry if you let pay for a high level spa you should also give a perfect high quality service!!!!

I don't normally write a review on the places I visited but this SPA deserved it. The massage therapist is exceptional. All I can say is WORLD CLASS.
The staff are all very kind and friendly.

Amazing spa and pool area. Extremely clean, quiet and relaxing. Very well organized so that you feel secluded and private even when there is a larger number of guests. Fantastic selection of various herb and fruit teas, and fresh juices.

Clean & continuously sanitized place. The swimming pool is wonderful! Trainers are good. Sales people are nice and accommodating! Service is excellent! Good job guys!
