I gave 1 star only because I could not give 0.
There is no customer service or at least Alexandru doesn't know what is this. Any questions irritates him, especially if you give question about deposit. Caught him doing something to the car I was supposed to hire and he went mad. NO office, and no respect for customers.Very dubious behavior. Asking very high deposit which most probably will never get back looking at others people review.Thanks God I did not fall in this trap. AVOID AT ALL COST..

Fraudulent company! Avoid it at any cost!!!
Rented a Mercedes GL about 4 years ago, never got my deposit back. Even after court disposition, still waiting for them to return the money.To be mentioned that at the time of returning the car, there were about 3 more people with the same problem, nobody got their deposits back since everyone was rushed to the airport. I was able to reschedule the flight so i can visit an attorney and to file the claim in Court.

Very rough and unprofessional team. Online you can see that booking online accepted with Visa or Mastercard but after call to them they said only believe in cash money ( dollars and euros).
It's a fake company DON'T HAVE A DEAL WITH THEM!!! STAY AWAY!!!
Even I don't started to have a business with them but filing it's not worth it.
They are looking only for loosers .
Whatever you will do by low they will cheating.

DON'T RENT CARS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
Worst service ever seen.
You won't receive the car you've paid deposit for.
You will have to pay the car wash before you get it.
You will lose 2- 3 hours to receive or return the vehicle.
Most of vehicles have the air conditioning in non working conditions.
You will lose the deposit if their GPRS will detect a speed higher than 125km/h.
The real fleet doesn't have nothing to see with what they really have in stock.

Worst customer service i have ever experienced, giving 1 star because Google doesn't give an option to give 0 stars.

- Hours of waiting to pick up/ drop off car
- Cash-only (guess why)
- Car malfunctions
- Hidden fees
- Shady staff

Don't make this "service" brake your plans and trash experience visiting Moldova.

Начну с того, что называть себя лучшим прокатом в стране, наверно, амбициозно. Хотя если это лучший, страшно представить что в других. Но по порядку. Чтобы внести аванс пришлось просить людей в Кишинёве заехать в офис, т.к.этот супер прокат находится ещё в 20в и работает только с налом. Забронировали ML350 за 65 евро в сутки на 6 дней. Приехав в офис за машиной мы столкнулись с тем что:
1. Контракт только на молдавском. Т.е не владея языком, вы не знаете под чем подписываетесь.
2. По контракту столько ограничений, что имея опыт аренды машин в разных странах, с подобным столкнулась впервые. По скорости, географии. И за все штрафы.
3. Мы потратили 15 мин на составление и подписание контракта и ещё 35 ждали пока машину помоют. Т.е супер прокат не позаботился об этом заранее.
После мойки стали проверять машину на предмет повреждений.
1. Лобовое было разбито
2. Третий тормозной сигнал на двери багажника не работал
3. ТО машина не проходила как минимум пару лет, тк компьютер показывал более 25 тыс км назад
4. По всему периметру сколы и мятины
5. Порог вообще был в таком состоянии будто по нему били молотком
6. Салон потрепан
7. Уже в пути мы обнаружили, что не работает сигнал. Когда мы сообщили об этом сотруднику по телефону, то получили шуточный ответ, что видимо перегорел предохранитель от частых сигналов на свадьбе. Хотя директор, после уже, меня уверял, что нам предложили его заменить, предохранитель. У меня вопрос к директору: он не хочет делать проверку тех состояния машин перед тем как их сдавать? Или у него не хватает на это времени? Так и тормоза откажут, а вы и знать не будете, пока клиент не пострадает.
Но дальше интереснее. Сдавая машину я попросила по возможности ускорить мойку, т к опаздывали в аэропорт. За что с меня попросили 25 евро. Мы прождали 40 минут. Когда, разговаривая с директором, я озвучила претензии потсостоянию машины, то ответ был следующим: а чего вы хотите от машины за 60 евро( замечу, что мы заплатили 65), в Европе такая типа больше сотни. Вот только директор забывает, что он не в Европе, и по уровню сервиса ему до Европы как до луны пешком. Но самое главное, что в этом прокате не готовы слушать критику. Я за своё высказывание заплатила 100 евро: по 50 за два 16 секундных превышения скорости на трассе в 140 км при обгоне. Директор так и сказал, если бы я не была агрессивной( т е высказывала своё мнение) то он бы не обратил на превышение скорости никакого внимания. то есть, он мне отомстил. Тут клиент никогда не будет прав. Такими темпами мне проще машину купить. Мало того, за мойку с меня содрали 265 лей, хотя она стоит 90 в этой же мойке. Зачем-то мыли двигатель. Итог таков, что подобные конторы работают не на качество, а исключительно на обдирание клиентов. Вы в любой ситуации будете не правы. Подумайте сто раз, прежде чем работать с этой конторкой,

Beware of shady bait-and-switch tactics and completely unreasonable management!

I paid $100 deposit for a car a month in advance, and when I arrived at their place (they were nice enough to wait for me after their closing time), they did not have the car I left the deposit for, so the deposit is effectively useless and it is also non-refundable!

The only car they had for me was 50% more expensive than the car I had already booked, so I refused to take it. That's when their 'niceness' ended. To quote LuxCar: "different car, different price" and "leave or we call the police" (even though we were already outside calmly talking in a public place - what kind of company threatens to call the police on their own customers while refusing to meet their end of the bargain?).

To be clear, I was fine with driving another car in the same class (Hertz provides different cars in the same class all the time, regardless of the car chosen at the time of the booking) but switching the car and telling me to either accept a higher price or lose the deposit was unacceptable. What if the only car available was a $1000 vehicle per hour? According to them, I would have to accept that deal. It makes no sense.

They will tell you that it's on their site that they can do whatever they want, but that's just sleazy. Essentially they are betting on the fact that they will bait you with a low price and upsell you on a much higher priced vehicle when you've already sunk the deposit money, or that you will refuse to pay more and lose the deposit. Either way, they make money off of you. I refused to do any further business with them.

I recommend that you look somewhere else if you value your time, money and sanity.

Bait and switch, they post and give you one price then they increase the price and the terms , in my case I wanted it for one day , came in and I was told minimum 3 days !

Vreau sa mulțumesc companiei pentru prestarea serviciilor de calitate, în termenii indicați si pentru profesionalismul lor pe piata chiriilor auto. Au dat dovada de mult respect fata de client ( fata de mine personal) , de rabdare si intelegerea de care am avut-o nevoie. Totodata, pot remarca ca automobilul WW CC, este unul bine aranjat, stilat, ușor de manevrat , etc. numai potrivit pentru o calatorie comfortabila.
