Bus driver couldn't wait 30 sec while I was searching for the ticket. I showed him the headphones and say sorry (while searching). He told me to get off, search for my ticket and take the next one. Worst. customer. service.

My mom and I paid $22 each for this hop on, hop off bus tour today, $44 total. While getting back on from one of the stops, we were searching for our receipt to show the driver. We had the headphones and brochure to prove we were on previously. We were cruise passengers and only in port for several hours. The bus driver and his assistant dropped us off in the middle of a random road far away from a bus stop because we couldn't find the receipt. They did not even let us off the next stop or give us time to find the receipt in our bag (which we eventually found). This was extremely unprofessional, poor customer service, and unsafe. Use the public bus for only $5.50 for an unlimited day pass.
