Restaurant famous from Mr Alain Ducasse. One of the best chef in the world. If you look for a gastronomic restaurant, you'll not be disappointed. It:s on the place of Monaco's casino, and inside hotel de Paris. Great food and wine. 3 stars restaurant.

Excellent food, one of the most tasty dégustations in Monaco. We were a little bit surprised as wanted a classic elegant place and found a fusion modern style table setting (on the photo), but that was a kind of fun. We would return there for sure but we expect a bit more of French classic style.

One of the very best French Restaurants on the planet. The experience here was extraordinary. Seen on TV as one of the best in the world and rated Michelin 3 stars.

Had one of my best dinners of my life here, again! The vegetable soup was outstanding, by far the best I ever had, Then there were the fish, steamed on your table, enhancing the tastes and gave a truly wonderful experience. I had a wonderful lamb for main course, before choosing from their outstanding cheese wagon. I ended with the Rhum baba where I could choose between 3 vintage rums.

Louis XV is recently refurbished, modernized. Walls and roof a luckily the beautiful same, but cutlery, tables, chairs and the stations are changed. The traditional classical french "3 star" style is replaced by a more modern style, the chairs is light and more laid back, but not as comfortable as the old ones. The cutlery is stylish and modern, and there is not so many types of them for any kind of dish like before.

Service is as before, absolutely impeccable!

If you are looking for a outstanding diner experience in an outstanding place and environment, this is the place to go. Discreetly ask staff to take you a picture for the social media, so you can tick one off in your bucket list.

Outstanding service. Wonderful attention to detail. Impeccable cuisine. Gorgeous decor. What I most enjoyed about this restaurant was the feeling of happiness. The patrons and staff both enjoyed being there. Shortly after I was seated a larger group came in with some kids. I observed the staff joking and having a fun time with them. It brought a smile to my face. I was welcomed to the center station to try my hand at curling butter. It is much more difficult than it looks. This experience was well worth it. I would even say it is worth travelling just to dine here.
