we paid quite a lot for the hammam and so had high expectations. Unfortunately it was very disappointing. It looks sad, and really needs renovation. For the price you pay you can expect some luxury. The place where we had to change there was a leak, there was a lot of water on the floor. The bathrobes we received really need to be replaced, they were completely worn out. Sorry, but this cannot be repeated. The employees were very friendly, had a nice scrub. But the environment and facilities were really disappointing.

Happy environment
I had a nice time with the ladies. They were very happy and I see great team work.
The lady at the reception speaks good English and was very informative and helpful.
The ladies who attended to me tried their very best to communicate with me.

If you are used to going to real spas in the US or Europe you will be highly disappointed here. Stick to the Four Seasons or another actual spa. I should've known to run when the lady took my money at the beginning and said 'oh go ahead I'll give you your change once you're finished'. The sitting area for after you are finished smells like mildew. While the girls were nice that did the scrubbing, the owner is quite rude and pushy. I went 2 weeks ago with a Moroccan and then went a week later and they charged me more when I was by myself. Being a foreigner you always worry about getting screwed over and charged morewell yeah that happened here. When I confronted her about the price difference and that I had just been here, she was adamant that there was no way I paid that amount. She said 'oh for you I will only charge you xyz' (which was more than what I was charged literally 8 days prior). When I asked her how much she was charging for the children, she said adult prices even though they are 7 & 8 years old and she never asked me how old they were before trying to charge me. Yet in her dirty binder she got out with the prices it clearly says child entry & scrubbing was 30 dh, yet she was trying to charge me 50 dh for each child's or just entry without scrubbing. I still have the Facebook messages where I asked how much entry would be for my 2 children and her exact response was 'depending on their age it will be either 30 dh or free, it just depends on the front desk'which was what I was charged the time before that I had gone. It wasn't until my Moroccan niece went back and told her that she lost business not only from me, but our entire family, that she then says 'oh no come back and I will give her something extra'. When you can get into a regular Moroccan hammam for just 12 dh, this place just isn't worth the cost. Even if you get the spa treatments, it's not the quality you're used to other places.

Looks dingy and smelly from the outside but you are given a scrubbing down of your life. Maybe too aggressive for some. Then a very long massage

Pleasantly surprised by this spa. Didn't look particularly inviting from the outside but the hammam service is excellent and was a very reasonable price for the time spent. Definitely recommend.

The staff are very lovely and makes you feel comfortable. The VIP area is small but it get the job done. Highly recommend it.
