Terrible service. We checked in and no one showed us to our room. When we got to our room there was no electricity, later a technician was sent up to switch on the power from the master board. We had been given a room on a floor that is barely used, the lifts were also partially locked and we couldn’t access the floor on two occasions. When we asked for a change of room the reception staff refused. However, Room was spacious and clean.
We booked manicures and pedicures at the spa but there were absolutely no facilities for those services. Staff were rude too.response / report this review -

We are able to stay here due to the tour company book here for us. It has an interesting elevator that you need to enter the room number outside of the elevator. The elevator will then point you which elevator to use. We stay in the 5th floor and eat at the 27th floor. The view is amazing at 27th floor. The bathroom is huge and the comfort is really soft and warm in a good way that I hope I can stay there longer. The room humanity and temperature are both comfortable. Lobby is not big and look modern. I will consider to stay here again.

Stay here if you enjoy staff entering your room without knocking multiple times a day starting from 8am sharp while not speaking a lick of English.

An oasis and peace and calm right at the heart of Casablanca. The location cannot be more perfect. The staff is highly professional and the restaurant at the 27th floor is a highlight not to be missed in Casablanca.

Nice hotel centrally located in Casablanca. Had a few problems like my safe stopped working, but hotel resolves the issues. Room was large , clean and spacious. Staff seemed genuine when asking for help. Would recommend this hotel if staying in Casablanca.

Great hotel. A bit out of the center of Casablanca. The breakfast was continental. It's one of the best hotels (and there aren't many) for Casablanca. Has amazing views from 28th floor!

Five stars go for the services but some rooms are better (in terms of build quality) then others, hence the overall 4 star rating. Absolutely central location, fantastic views, the breakfast selection is broad but rather conventional (continental breakfast).
