Interesting, funny and delicious. We had a fantastic time at the cooking school. We enjoyed the market and trying out some cooking techniques in the kitchen. The best couscous I have ever eaten, and the lemon chicken? Devine!

My wife and son and I had a great afternoon with Pierre in the market and in the kitchen. The staff were great and we learned enough to make our first Tagine and Moroccan salads at home the week after we got home!

What a wonderful experience, learning about all the Moroccan ingredients and spices that go into making these amazing dishes. Could not recommend this enough for those with a culinary sense of adventure in incredible surroundings.

I was lucky enough to take a class here and loved it. It was great to learn the really traditional ways of cooking rather than the modern short cut cooking with pressure cookers. Very personalized and friendly. Highly recommended.

What an incredible place!

We first at in the restaurant and where food was heavenly and served by the most charming team - hauntingly beautiful live music and glorious elegant surroundings topped off an enchanting evening.

We loved it so much we headed back for cooking classes and were treated like royalty. After a trip to the local market (which was a massive eye-opener!), we learnt how to make a glorious tagine and berber bread. Washed down with lashings of mint tea and, later, some delicious Moroccan wines on the roof terrace - it was an experience I would recommend to anyone, even if you're only in Marrakech for a few days.

From start to finish, the most magical experience we had in Marrakech.

An absolutely amazing cooking class experience. Pierre is a hilarious host and the market tour is not to be missed. The class itself and the cooking was incredible. Very hands on, tactile. You really do cook here, and learn. The lady who gave the class was so gifted and obviously loving what she doesIt is no wonder that people like Ottolenghi have come to cook here. If you are even just a little bit gourmet and are coming to Marrakech, this is a can't miss experience.
