Reading about car rental companies in Morocco will leave you terrified with stories of compacomp trying to scam you, or horrivle service.
SamiCar is the efact opposite experience.
I booked a car with only 3 hours notice, got a free upgrade to a more desert friendly car, even running on the cheaper diesel fuel, and had a very easy time dropping it off again after 8 days use.

After reading about all the horrible rental car experiences in Morocco, renting with Samicar was a great surprise. The process was effortless and seamless, the car was a brand new automatic (i don't drive manual), and customer service was great. I ended up booking the same car for two different instances on the same trip to Morocco. Would highly recommend Samicar.

Beware: poor service, no show airport pick ups, and constant delays guaranteed.
Airport collection and drop off never arrived, took 3 weeks to get a refund and only because PayPal stepped in. I was sent round in circles with contacts none of who were able to provide any assistance.
Car rental arrived one hour late, didn't know where the hotel was. Car was a Dacia - very cheap make, not suitable for driving outside of Marrakech, the engine doesn't have the power for driving up even gentle hills - not up to rental standards of Budget, Avis etc.

Molt bona experiència !! Ni un problema i van estar molt pendents de tots els detalls de la nostra arribada i marxa cap a Barcelona.
Vaig llogar un Peugeot 206 blanc, en estat impecable, durant una setmana. El lloguer del vehicle, el vàrem tramitar des de Catalunya, a través de la seva pàgina web. Després de fer la reserva, es van posar en contacte amb mi per WhatsApp, per aclarir algun detall. Em van tornar a contactar el dia anterior a l'entrega del vehicle, per concretar horaris. La recollida i entrega van ser al aeroport de Marràqueix. Tot va anar com una seda. Quan tornem a visitar Marraquéix o altra ciutat del Marroc, repetirem amb Samicar. Molt contents amb el tracte, el lloguer i la atenció rebuda.response / report this review -

Auto gehuurd vanuit Tanger airport. Medewerker van samicar stond zoals afgesproken keurig op ons te wachten met de huurauto. Alles prima geregeld. Geen borg. Omdat ik via Ceuta doorreisde had ik gevraagd om de auto op te halen in Tetouan. Dat was geen probleem. Voor € 15 werd de auto opgehaald in Tetouan. Inname auto ging ook probleemloos.

gracias por dejarnos sin coche, no os aconsejo el uso, ya que reservamos para semana santa en las oficinas de tanger y alli no había nadie, llamábamos para informarnos y tampoco nos daban explicaciones y nos colgaban. servicio nulo y nos quedamos sin vehículo ya que nos dejaron tirados.

Bonne communication, par mail, en amont de la location au cours de la réservation. Sur place, excellente expérience tant à la remise du véhicule (déposé sans supplément à notre hotel !) qu'au retour puisque nous avons pu rendre le véhicule au parking de l'aéroport le jour du départ : gros gain de temps dans les deux casEn conclusion, Samicar est pro et efficace. La Hyundai Accent automatique louée était parfaite.

Wir haben schon mehrfach Wagen in Marokko geliehen, sind aber bei Semicar auf den fairsten, preiswertesten und zuverlässigsten Autovermieter gestoßen. Wir können diese freundliche, persönliche Firma nur empfehlen und werden sie selbst bei nächster Gelegenheit wieder in Anspruch nehmen.
