Small disapointments each time, either with a dirty car, a not functioning radio, weird sounds coming from the engine or wistles from the breaks. The last time I rent a car I was given one with bad head lights, and got arrested at 11pm, to make things worse the policeman noticed the renting company had given me the wrong papers. The company gave me another car, in bad shape, as they couldn't find the 1st car's papers, and granted me 12h more with the car as a gift. But I lost the oil I had put in the 1st car.
I ended up chaging my schedule, asked for another period, we didnt agree on how we would deal with the payment and the reaction was that the other side just hung up the phone and refused to answer or give me back my cheque unless I paid what he decided.
I would have given 3 or 4 stars even after a disagreement and the flaws in the service, but hanging up the phone, and leaving me waiting for hours ain't cool at all.response / report this review -
