located in the old spot of tangier, "Le Salon Bleu" have is always a great place to have some north Moroccan tea with an amazing view to sea and the city ,dont miss the peaceful moment after the sunset
if you want the best view to the beach & traditional place to have a Moroccan tea with affordable prices , then this is the place to go to for airy moments
Chicken is definitely the way to go. Fish is good but not as good as the chicken plate.
Going there just for the amazing view with some mint tea is worth the stairs.
This spot comes highly recommended, and for good reason. It is centrally located and after a walk through the medina, it is very close & easy to find.
The views are spectacular, the food is freshly homemade, and the service is excellent. These waiters are constantly going up and down 3 flights of stairs with drinks & food - very impressive.
The chicken tajine with couscous was delicious and tender while the hummus was fresh and authentic.
Like most restaurants in Tangier, they do not serve alcohol. I recommend the watermelon mint juice or a mint tea.
Absolutely a must see. You won't regret the view and atmosphere, let alone the delicious food and friendly service. No complaints, unless you've got bad knees, since there are about 3 flights of stairs!
Good restaurant. Slow service because of the stairs.
Menu 130 mad. Starter ( tomato salade) chicken tagine and melon with honey.
There is more menus180 mad and 230 dh.
Very slow in delivering the order, but an amazing view.
I first went to check out the new restaurant Le Salon Bleu after it had opened about ten years ago. I was curious because someone I had once known, an Englishman, had owned the small Kasbah house accessed through a small alleyway. His fabulous little property had a marvelous view of the beach, the Strait of Gibraltar and southern Spain from its rooftop terrace. And from the small sun-filled salon there was a panoramic view of the Place de la Kasbah.
I was fascinated and delighted that my friend's former house had been tastefully transformed into one of the more interesting places to eat in all of Tangier, best reserved for a special occasion and a sunny day.
The chefs at Le Salon Bleu know how to properly prepare a delicious meal with the freshest of ingredients whether it be a soup, salad, fish, chicken or beef. The atmosphere at Salon Bleu is simply delightful and relaxing, and the food is very good and reasonably priced.
This is a very good place for a dinner. It was nice sitting on the roof and enjoying the view and sunset over Spain. The food and mint tea were good.
Very pretty, gorgeous wiew and delicious food 💗
Delicious food, and an amazing view on the top terrace. The staff was also wonderful and very friendly. Go for the set menu deal where you get an app, dinner and dessert - definitely a good value!
Great view, nice, quiet a bit off the beaten path, one of the nicest places in Tangier
Fantastic views and incredible charm. I had a delicious Moroccan tea on the rooftop. I hope to go back soon to try some food.
Very nice spot for food or a drink with a terrific view. Well priced set menu which is of a high quality.
Drinks are a little dearer than the other cafe options nearby but you are paying for the venue and the food is good value.
