we stayed at this riad during our 3 night stay in Fes starting April 1.
The pros: they picked us up from train station at 2 Am, great location close to medina, aesthetic rooms, decent breakfast, hot shower good, helpful staff.
Cons: rooms were freezing cold at night which I caught a cold from, the owners will take a cut from anything you book. So try not to book cabs and rides through them. They charged us 140 for cab ride to airport. But later we realized that it is in fact 100 max to airport. They take a cut out of the chefchaouhene tour too. They asked for 200 dirhams to be paid upfront saying that it was to reserve the trips.response / report this review -

central location. Hotel Taryana (specially Khalid) is a great host. some examples:
1. Once we arrived (11pm) we were offered Moroccan tea
2. The tour guide was booked
3. Our taxi to the airport was booked AND negotiated for the 4:30 am (Khalid made sure we wont pay extra)
4. Khalid woke up at 4 am on the day we had to go to the airport to ensure the taxi would arrive and we will have a second option if things go wrong.response / report this review -

What a beautiful riad in the hart of Fes! The hotel is near Blue Gate and where the 2 main streets are starting. Delicious breakfast, great service and nice decorated rooms. Tip: talk with the man in the reception for Sahara tour from Fes to Marrakech. We were 3 persons and we got the best price we found on the market. If you do so, ask for Karim to be your driver, you will not fell sorry for it!

Riad Taryana is beautifully presented, with clean and nicely decorated rooms and central courtyard, plus a rooftop terrace. There's a generous breakfast and it's well located close to Bab Boujloud and the Medina. Highly recommended.

Nice place and very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very excellent service .
The accommodation is cozy and good air conditioning in the room. Btw nice decorations.
In addition, good quality of breakfast. The assistant and manager here are brilliant and helpful to our traveling in the fes.
The only problem is the wifi. But the landlord helped us to change the location of the wifi and it was rly good to log in any of website.

Best place to stay in Fez. The staff is incredibly helpful and you can't beat the prices . There are a lot of fantastic restaurants nerby and some truely amazing views. Be sure to go see the Bab Boujloud (5 minute walk).

That will be a genius place if they didn't forget they hadn't have available room for second night and we hadn't have to look for another Riad. Still that's great place with all the modern amenities in the center of ancient medina with new bathroom, great A/C heater. That's really clean. Have Wi-Fi. Good BKF. Great English speaking receptionist.
