Iooks very beautiful. The expansions are numerous (spa, pool, unbeliveable terasse). The food is compared to other sources very good and you can choose between a quite huge variety of spirits (compared to other restaurants and bars). Although the location in the middle of the medina requires at least a 15 min walk through and the service is at best acceptable. Most of them speak good french and the waiters also speak almost understandable english. The rooms are beautiful but very tiny. Best for couples who want to experience culture and romance.

She double charged taxes and the taxi driver
We had to pay him again in order not to louse our flight. He wanted to take us back to the Riad!!!!!
I tried to get my money bank and she sent me a bank receipt of a different bank account to convience me that she had returned them.
Very negative atmosphere in the Riad you can't relax! They see you as a walking pack of money!
Silvie says she is the manager (but she is the owner or else she would be fired)she destroys this Riad with her bad attitude!
Plus very dangerous you have to walk through a dark labyrinth to reach the Riad

Accès "labyrinthe" au Riad très compliqué, en pleine Medina avec aucun accès en voiture proche du riad. Aucune indication pour se rendre au Riad, besoin de quelqu'un pour retrouver le lieu. Trop d'attente pour le repas du soir. Nous devions rester 3 nuits nous ne sommes restés qu'une seule nuit. Déception du lieu. Personnel très agréable hormis la gérante détestable, pas aimable. Je déconseille cet endroit avec des enfants mais aussi pour l'accès et réveil la nuit 5h00 du matin. Le voyagiste OPODO n'a pas assez détaillé le riad et les accès. Les photos sont belles mais la réalité est tout autre.

The owner is super unfriendly and tries to get as much money out of your pocket as possible instead of focusing on the service and being a good host. On the last day she claimed our flight (easyjet) was rescheduled to an earlier time and that we have to checkout immediately and leave, we were basically kicked out way before checkout time. The driver to the airport told us that this happened to other guests before and of course the plane was not leaving early so we waited three hours for nothing at the airport. Although the place is nice and the rest of the staff was friendly we will never stay there again and I can also not recommend this place - I should have paid more attention to the negative comments about the owner, she can really spoil your Marrakesh experience!

Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce riad. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Sylvie et l'equipe qui ont été aux petits soins avec nous. Sylvie nous a bien conseillé pour les circuits. Bref un séjour que nous ne sommes pas prêts d'oublier. Des chambres luxueuse hyper propre et calme. Sans oublier la grande terrasse pour prendre le soleil c'est vraiment agréable. Un petit déjeuner copieux avec des produits faits maison. Et tout ça non loin de la place Jeema el-fna. Je conseillerai cet endroit à mes amis et mes proches.

Always trying to get your money, at the moment of the check out, the manager, silvia, asked us to pay more money in the ticket, and she was saying that we didnt enjoy the riad enough. I would never recomend this riad to anyone!
Siempre intentando sacarte el dinero. En el momento de pagar, la gerente, silvia, nos pidio mas dinero del que teniamos que pagar por una cena que cogimos el primer dia. KAñadiendo que no estabamos disfrutando suficiente de riad. No recomendaria este hotel a nadie!
Toujours essayer de vous faire de l'argent. Au moment de payer, le directeur, Silvia nous a demandé plus d'argent que nous devions payer pour un dîner, nous avons pris le premier jour. Ajoutant qu'il y avait assez de riad en appréciant. Je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel à tout le monde!response / report this review -

Very good service, lovely rooms.
Try the tachine chicken with lemon, better then in most expensive restaurants.
Manager is doing anything he can to make your stay a dream. I will be back here, thanks for the wonderful time.response / report this review
