  Its better compared to other hotels in marrakech city centre. Wifi is not the greatest. But breakfast was very good

  - No Soundproof windows/doors
  except, that just in front of the train station. perfect. They can make an effort for the price though. 32 euros (350 Dhs) per night.
  Staff is very welcoming. Very clean hotel. The restaurant is small but have the required stuff!

  My staff and I we went to Morocco for business to do windows tinting job and wrap some racing cars and we stayed in Residence Marrakech Hotel, just cross street from train station.
  The owner offer us his own Garage to park our Van full with tools and windows film, staff A1 very friendly very helpful, breakfast was included in our stay, every morning we did meet in the patio at the back of the Hotel for our meeting and eat our breakfast in nice quiet atmosphere. After that we did hit the road to work. When we came back from work in the evening it was very nice to take our shower and sit on the patio in front and enjoy the beauty of Marrakech and talk to locals and tourist in Morocco, it was amazing experience I will go again, but this time for vacation with my family and I will stay in RESIDENCE MARRAKECH HOTEL.

  This hotel in the heart of Marrakech is a friendly and warm place with a nice café and a calm terrasse resembling to an oasis where you can take long breakfasts. The rooms are full of light and big, the prices are fair. The hotel is right next to the train station which is very practical. You are always welcomed with a smile in the Résidence de Marrakech - highly recommended. Enjoy your stay :)
