Very hospitable, great staff and breakfast was very good. The Riad is difficult to find and if you’re like me with a family and suitcases, it is difficult to get to the Riad as it’s on higher elevation. Overall, Riad is tastefully decorated and staff is top knotch along with the location. Suggestion is to advertise the dinner menu in local currency, not euros. It’s misleading.

Ate dinner here a few days ago, and planning on going back tonight (that good). Beautiful riad/dar with a center courtyard with just a few tables. Small little menu, MASSIVE portions. We ordered 3 set menus and still couldn’t finish between the 4 of us. Also, absolutely delicious food, and great wait staff.

Elite Moroccan hospitality, lead by our hosts, friends and brothers, Soufiane Dayi (check his Facebook and upcoming YouTube channel on life in Fes) and Mouha (a Berber with two camels). We had great fun cracking jokes, learning Arabic and Chinese from each other, and talking about philosophy.
Clean and nicely furnished riad, kind staff, cannot ask for more. It was so good that we stayed for an extra day.
Great food and view on the roof terrace. Very filling starters and excellent lamb tagine. Better than most restaurants in the medina.response / report this review -

Fantastic location on the edge of the medina.
We were made to feel very welcome and at home. The traditional Breakfast is a wonderful way to start the day.
The rooms, terrace and common areas are beautiful, the food is really delicious and the staff are just incredible - kind, helpful and very accommodating. I highly recommend this Rid and will definitely stay there if we return to Fes.response / report this review -

During our trip to Fes we stayed 2 nights at Riad Ouliya and we couldn´t be happier with the place. The Riad is located in a quiet street inside the walls of the Medina. As soon as we arrived we welcomed with a delicious mint tea and showed to our room. The entire place is built in a traditional Moroccan style with some beautiful details and opened just a few months ago.
We stayed on the ground floor just next to the beautiful and refreshing terrace that for me was one of the highlights of our relaxing trip to Fes.
The interior of the Riad was exceptional, the patios and rooftop are very nice furnished and decorated inviting to hang out and relax endlessly.
The Riad is walking distance from several markets and notorious historical landmarks of the old town of Fes so we had a lovely time waking up early in the morning and wandering around the narrow streets of the city and taking some photos of the traditional sights.
But, what was best: the staff was extremely kind and helpful making our stay at Riad Ouliya an incredible and relaxing experience.response / report this review -

We really enjoyed staying at the Riad Ouliya in Fes – it is a beautiful, welcoming, clean place to stay. The Riad is well located inside the medina, close to the sights, but also near to a central place where you can get a red taxi. But more than that, the staff is genuinely nice and helpful and always ready to provide good advice to really help you. The owners are present and involved and you can see their attention to details throughout the place. We have also had some of the best food in Morocco at the restaurant that offered real Moroccan specialties. We ended up eating dinner there the three nights we stayed at the hotel – it was really that good! - and could enjoy different foods each time. We highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an oasis of calm and comfort in a bustling city.

One of the best experiences I have made in a hotel so far. The owners and staff are really nice people who obviously like their jobs. The owner got up at 6 in the morning to prepare breakfast for us (I call this service-duty). The hotel interior is just stunning. We met the design-artist who is very passionate about his works. The mosaics and decorations are fabulous. This is the most beautiful hotel I have stayed. Price-performance is very good.
