The hotel is located only 15min walking from the city center. We stayed only for one night - arrived late in the night and left early in the morning. Not much time to explore and enjoy the facilities. Breakfast was simple but fine. The staff was friendly and helpful. If you don’t mind to walk a little bit from the center (considering that there’s no sidewalks), that’s a good place to stay.

Wonderful experience! The staff is really what makes this small Riad worth the stay. We stayed there for three nights and it was wonderful! We felt treated like royalty.
Please note you will be inevitably woken up at 6 am by the prayers (you will find this all around Marrakech). We can only recommend this place if you are having a quick stop before the dessert or to even relax and get some Hammam and massage treatments. Ps. The breakfast is great, make sure you order the omelette.

Above average Riad in presentation, though in a bland neighbourhood. The Riad is clean, nice aesthetic touches, charming winding stairs, lounging levels, and room had enough decorative touches to be cozy (though not lavish or spacious). Staff were fun and polite. Breakfast was basic but fresh (breads, fruits; and best orange juice I’ve ever had). It’s only 15 min walk from the centre, but it might be off putting to some (maze-like streets, somewhat run down neighbourhoods, no sidewalk). But it’s a good place, good price, and easy walk (for most).

Every single staff member was excellent. The room was clean and aircon worked well and very quietly. The location of the riad is in the northern part of Mediana with a myriad of narrow labyrinth like pathways. Easy to get lost. I would recommend to request transportation arranged by riad as it would be difficult to get there with a lot of luggage on your own.
