We stayed at the Riad Myra for 3 nights in December. Our stay at the Riad was exceptional in every way. From the moment we walked in and saw the beautiful courtyard, until we left three days later, we felt very much at home. Our room was simply beautiful, the staff were all warm and friendly and helpful, and the food was amazing. One afternoon wife and I each had a fantastic massage. The food was so delicious and the atmosphere magical that we ate dinner twice at the Riad. We highly recommend Riad Myra, with no hesitation or concern. Everyone and everything was wonderful.

Attentive, friendly staff that seems to get along great. My travel partner got an infection and the concierge walked us to the doctor and helped us explain the problem. The breakfasts are really quite good, and the dinner was superb. Oh, and the interior is absolutely gorgeous.

Beautiful hotel with complimentary wifi, tea service, breakfast, and snacks. Wifi isn’t that great, but most of the “standard” rooms are huge with sofas, designed like a suite. Only downsides that made me take away a star is the lack of elevator (climbing three floors with heavy luggage is quite annoying), and the wifi is quite unstable.

The interior of this riad is truly magnificent, with thousands (millions?) of small tile pieces used throughout as mosaics/decorations. The ceilings are very high in all the rooms, particularly those on the ground floor. Food was excellent, alcohol is available, and service was great. The room had a mini-fridge. Note, however, finding electrical outlets to charge phones can be a small challenge. And our room had a malfunctioning heater so the room was chilly during our stay (in February). Note, also, that ground-floor rooms (such as ours) can be a bit noisy when other guests are in the main area. Finally, you will likely need a guide to get to the riad (and to go anywhere from the riad) as it is located in the medina (think in terms of thousands or unnamed alleys and small streets, with limited signage). Great staff.

Beautiful Riad, helped us in every way. They didn’t receive our reservation and the first night we slept in another hotel just 1 minute away from Riad Myra which was still so pretty. The room is GIANT and breakfast very good.

Absolutely beautiful property.
Very well managed, very well kept traditional Moroccan hotel in Fez. The food is also outstanding.

Friendly and helpful staff that speaks english and French. With lovely rooms including proper heating and all amenities needed, this is one of the best Riads we stayed at during our 10day visit in Morocco. Recommend ordering dinner - the food is just amazing.
