Lovely Riad, beautiful rooms and building in a quiet street. It has a pretty interior patio/garden with live-in little wild birds that are a pleasure to listen to while having a nice glass of Moroccan tea. The food is very tasty. The menu is limited but contains all sorts of traditional Moroccan dishes. It’s the 9th best place to eat at in Fes. Breakfast is fantastic. The service is very keen to help. As every other establishment within the Médina, they don’t serve/sell alcohol but if you bring your own they keep it in the fridge the for you. PS: if you’re a light sleeper, bring your earplugs as the birds wake up really early!

The worst place in Morocco! Nice interior, but really terrible management. Beds are not changed after previous guests. We were traveling from Agadir through Agdz and Marrakech but never been treated like here. We requested to check in at night (when train arrives to Fes) and got confirmation by email. Yet when we arrived some staff member was sleeping in our bed. After waiting to make room ready, we checked the beds and there were crumbs and pillows full of hair. When we required to change the beds, manager said "hairs are no problem", and that he's tired, so he won't give us clean pillows at night. He told we are too demanding guests, so we better cancel the reservation and go out find another hotel. At 3 o'clock!

La stanza che abbiamo avuto non era un granché, rumore di scarico d'acqua dal piano superiore tutta la notte e odore dagli scarichi di lavandino e doccia.
