Lovely Riad in the upper part of the Médina of Fes. The host, Ben, is an awesome host with good tips for things to visit. The rooms are clean, there are no issue with hot water or smells.
Try to get a room in the upper part of the Riad, as the bathrooms downstairs are quite close to the main hall/ breakfast area.response / report this review -

A properly palatial riad for this area of Fez, the structure is still historic although the courtyard has been covered to serve as a restaurant and lounge in all weather. Beautifully furnished and very comfortable, the rooms and suites have individual heating/cooling units and reliable hot water. The staff is friendly and helpful, and if you have an opportunity to chat with the owner you can count on great conversation. Well worth the prices.

Perfect place to explore the Fez medina, close to the blue gate with some nice rooftop terasses and restaurants.
Not hard to find, even without Google Maps. The staff is really nice and willing to help to provide all information you need or arrange private tours trough the medina (recommanded)
Room is big and in style, good airconditioning and nice bathroom.
We recommand this Riad to everyone, family, backpackers, students and couples (like us)
