+ Location is perfect, near Bab Boujloud "The Blue Gate".
+ Rooms are spacious and clean.
+ Staff is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Also when 2 of our children got sick he was very helpful.
+ Very good value for money.
+ Breakfast is OK, fried egg, a piece of crepe, baguette with jam and tea
- The décor of this Dar is authentic and exudes atmosphere, but is a little bit worn here and there.
- Unfortunately, the airo did not work in our two rooms, making it quite hot in the room at night.
- Too bad that not all rooms have their own toilet / shower and they did not decorate and use the rooftop terrace.
- Parking your car can be done just outside Bab Boujloud on a small public car park. The hotel manager will show you the way if you call him. However, this parking is not free of charge but 20 dhm / night
The riad is nice but the roof terrace is crummy and the tour operator that works out of the house is a crook, Yousef. His brother works here also, do not do Sahara yours with them, we met others during our trip all warning us that he was not a good man, tourists and the workers during the tour
Very nice rooms, the owner was a bit annoying with trying to convince us to have him organize a desert tour for us. He seemed quite pissed when we decided not to do it.
Great place in medina of Fez. Came at 5 in the morning and they were very friendly. Staff is great, interior design as well and breakfast. Roof top terrace with great view. Very nice housekeeping lady and manager. Thanks for everything
Great location, reasonable price and friendly staff. There'a a nice roof top too.
Great location in medina, beautiful old riad and great view from terrace. Good breakfast. The owner help us to hired local guide for visiting medina.
