  Todo mundo fala e é verdade: o café da manhã é excelente. O pessoal é atencioso e simpático. A localização é ótima - não é dentro da Medina em si, mas perto o suficiente. Tem alguns inconvenientes, porém: a isolação acústica dos quartos é inexistente. Se tem gente falando no lobby, você ouve. A porta de entrada fica fechada e pra entrar no Riad, alguém dentro tem que abrir. O problema é que a pessoa da recepção dorme, sai pra fazer alguma coisa e você fica do lado de fora esperando! Além disso, como os quartos não têm janelas pro exterior, há um mal cheiro do banheiro.
  No fim das contas, porém, vale muito a pena. Um dos melhores riada que conheci.

  Part of the Dar-Tazi properties (same as palais de Fès). Beautiful riad and friendly staff.
  Some of the rooms are actually dens with no window, so be sure to ask that your room has actual windows (as opposed to decorative windows they have in the dens).
  Also though the riad moto reads "eternal serenity" it gets very rowdy in there with the phone constantly ringing and the staff screaming around.
  Last piece of advice, as always be vigilant in Morocco with anything they might "offer" you. Take a red "small" taxi to/from medina which costs 20 DH. The staff "offers" to pick you up on your arrival, which just means they signal to their buddies that tourists are coming and the "rip off" feast can begin! An unfortunate reality about an otherwise beautiful land.

  Avons séjourné au riad de la maison verte. Très joli riad typique au coeur de la médina. De sa terrasse panoramique la vue à 360° sur la vieille ville et le paysage alentour nous a enchantés. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le petit déjeuner copieux et varié.
  Accueil chaleureux de tout le personnel. Petit bémol puisqu'il s'est avéré que le but était très commercial !! De façon très subtile nous avons été conduits à dîner dans un très beau cadre, mais le repas n'est pas à la hauteur et le prix trop élevé. Quant au prix des chambres, nous avons eu à régler une somme plus importante que celle prévue lors de la réservation !!!! Dommage !!!!
