Nice people, good cross breeze at night, cute terrace. Not much of a view. Few amenities in room.

The receptionist was extremely gentle and nice. The room was traditionally designed and nice. Quiet, well located a stone throw away from cisterns. Breakfast full and we got an omelette first time. Would come back and recommend for my friends.

After spending 4weeks in Morocco
We stayed here for couple of days. The Riad is beautiful and priced okay. The room was quite big, comfortable beds and the rooftop terrace is beautiful. The breakfast is in the rooftop, most of the time, and it’s nice to get some morning sun! There are many restaurants and cafes outside the medina. Oh yeah, and a super busy market too! The guy working in the night is probably the best and only friendly staff here. The surroundings is quiet except for kids playing outside, which is lovely to hear happy kids.
But
We arrived in the afternoon. It seemed like we arrived on a very bad timing for the lady in the reception as she was watching a show in the TV. She gave us a very bad impression because of her unfriendliness and tone of voice. She seemed to be irritated. There was no map in the Riad too when we asked for it. She showed us to the door of our room but without showing us around the Riad. There’s a TV in the room, which is a luxury in most riads, and thankful there’s at last 1 English Channel - BBC. There’s no enough hot water in the shower for 2 persons. The water is warm, btw, not hot. There’s also a grinding noise in the toilet that can keep you up unless you turn off the water supply. The bathroom exhaust is placed near the shower head with a wire hanging. It was not the most ideal place to put that! You can say that the renovation was not done properly. The breakfast was okay and changing, but can be improved. Charging €3 for Moroccan pancakes & breads, strictly 1 cup of coffee, 1 glass of orange juice and some jams is quite expensive for Morocco. We paid similar in Ibis and we got better buffet breakfast. There’s a working WiFi but super slow. In our check out day, there was someone in the kitchen at 6am banging things. We heard pans, cups and glasses. It was not like someone accidentally dropped pans or things in the kitchen. It lasted until almost 7am. We were up very early and just wanted to leave the place.

Ce riad est bien situé dans la cité portugaise. Simple et confortable, accueil très sympa, propreté impeccable. Petit déjeuner copieux. La plage est à dix minutes à pied.

Rooms are OK, the receptionist was very rude. It is really noisy in the rooms. Cheap.

Un endroit très calme où s entend juste le chants des oiseaux et parfois les voix des enfants la réception est chalereuse avec Azédine toujours souriant et naturel ce riad restera dans mon coeur

Très bel accueil et service charmant, chambre simple mais avec le juste nécessaire. Tres bon rapport qualité, prix. La terrasse bar un vrai plaisir.

Il fait bon vivre au Riad Ksar !
L'hôtel est idéalement placé au sein de la cité portugaise.
Tranquillité, propreté et accueil des plus chaleureux !
