Stuff is very friendly and helpful. Read is very charming. Situated in Medina. We impressed by the beauty of it. The reception lady used a time to explain us the map and what we can do during our stay in Marrakech. We experienced hotel as charming but very noisy place in evening. No good isolation between your room and the terraces. So everything what is going on outside is quit well hearing in your room. We have got room close to the kitchen department where stuff sorting out the plates and other kitchen things late evening for next day and lots of noise from there. The other day we could hear techno disco music from outside and couldn’t sleep. But need to remember that Marrakech is quit noisy city in general so it’s a part of city’s experience. The breakfast is very good and we loved the place

If you are looking for a traditional riad in the heart of marrakech then this is the spot! Staff are so nice and inviting. Rooms are lovely and comfortable. The massage was divine and the little turtles crawling around were so cute and added more to the morrocon vibe. The decor was beautiful and calming. Only downsides being that the rooms do have a sewer type smell coming from the bathroom, but understandable given the drainage system within the city. Also when we arrived we were advised our room was not available as a guest was ill and had to stay an extra night. They moved us to the riad a few doors away for the first night, the room offered was beautiful and staff were also very welcoming so we were pleased with our stay over all and they handled the situation very well. Would definitely come back!!

In the heart of the busy Souks, Friendly helpful staff. Rooms nice and clean, no TV in the rooms. Breakfast has a wide variety, evening meal is expensive at EUR 25 per person.

An oasis set less than 100 yards of the busy sidestreet 5-8 mins walk from the big square. Once inside the Riad your breath will be taken away by its beautuful terraces. We were greated wth a welcome Morrocan tea to quench our thirst before being shown to our own rooms. Each room different in design but all stunning. Drinking Water in the room is replenished every day. Reception and chamber staff are so friendly. You are able to change your money to dirhams at reception were you can also book a massage which agsin was very welcome after our camel ride, again booked at reception. The limeand orange trees in the courtyard are homes to sparrows who will join you for breakfast after they have woken you with their beautuful dawn chorus. If they dont wake you then the call from the mosque a few doors away will. This again is not to be missed it is simply wonderful.

Very quiet and clean place. Was uprihended about staying in a riad, because of the narrow streets but it was fine when I went out for a walk. My fears where unfounded.
Certainly would recommend and stay in riad again.

Top Knotch Service and Experience. We stayed in the Petit Riad Karmela which was quieter and less busy than the main one across the alley. The bedroom was large, heated, and nicely decorated with the only issue being 2 single beds instead of a larger double. The included breakfast in the morning was great and the multilingual Riad staff were friendly and helpful in organinzing trips to Ourika and taxis. Highly recommmend arranging a taxi from the airport before arriving.
Can be hard to find at night but everything in the old city is alittle confusing.response / report this review
