Do not stay here. It's in need desperate need of repair and update. Electrics and plumbing not working correctly. 13 out of a group of 18 people went down for 3 days with food poisoning and illness. Senior staff unhelpful. There is no lift. Only one useable public toilet which is in the main block should you be taken short.

The hotel is a little far, it's better to contact taxi vert to go there, but the location and the services are verry good to let out all the stress

Horrible Hotel!! Don't stay here. It only looks nice in the pictures. The place looks nice when you first enter, but is so run down once you get onto the premises. The pool area is run down. The pool pump broke when we were there. The pool water was green and took 5 days to fix. The rooms are run down and poorly maintenanced. The mattress felt like wood. I had my 15-month old son with me on this trip. Worst experience ever traveling with a baby.

Large resort style hotel in la Palmarie. Great pool, nice spa. Food in the poolside bar cheep and pretty decent. Staff courteous and friendly.

This hotel is far away from to be even a 2 star Hotel Starting from reception to the check out By check in we were bad received from hotel personal at the reception, they were very unfriendly, everything was far for me, I don't even get help with door man when I checked in and when I checked out, I wasn't able to take my luggage, and room was far for me to walk Once we did reach our room, the room was not clean and bed have still the hair and dirt of previous guests. Only small blanket were available on the bed that were useless against the cold weather in the night. The hotel was very crowded and the personnel were unorganized and not professional at all. Room is not clean, the hotel are not clean, really old and decadent toilet and shower, very poor buffet that wasn't filled correctly that we did not find neither food no plates, forks and knife to use, we have to go every day to go eat out side in the city because there isn’t no food in the buffet there is a little and it was the most horrible food I ever test in my life, the parking was always full, the best places was dedicated to the person that giving some money to the guy on the parking their is no any shampoo or soap in the bathroom and we are 6 people they give us 1 towel and it is turn from white to black color because is too old. It was a very bad experience and the price of this hotel is very high compare to other hotels in Marrakech, this hotel has a very unprofessional stuff and cheating people on all level, Will never come back there and Don’t recommended to any one it was the worse experiences I ever had.
