本当に最悪なホテルだった。予約する人は必ず見て欲しい。トラブルがあって宿泊費を無料にすると解決したのに、言ってないだの後から嘘をつくホテル。しかも5つ星ホテルなのに口コミで10をくれと言い出した。何かあるなら全てホテルを予約した会社に言ってくれと他人任せ。朝食込みのプランなのに今日は朝食は出せないと言われた。隣の部屋に朝食準備されていたのに。結果食べれた。何かあったら不愉快なジョークを言ってきた。設備は良かったのに本当にショックな旅だった。

One of the most beautiful places I have visited in Fez. This authentic Moroccan riad offers you a true magical Arabic experience. The staff are super friendly and helpful; the rooms are in superb condition (comfy beds, good shower/bath, powerful air-conditioning). The breakfast served in the morning is wonderfully and made for you're needs. All the used products are super fresh and delicious. I would recommend this place to everyone visiting Fez.

Wunderschönes Riad am Rande der Medina in Fes. Erholung pur nach anstrengenden Touren durch die Suks mit Hammam, Whirlpool und Superfreundlichen Mitarbeitern. Ein großes Dankeschön an Zacharia , seine Kollegen und Kolleginnen und Monsieur Directeur. Kostenloses W LAN, allerdings nicht in allen Bereichen. Super Frühstück. Gute Hygiene. Sehr zu empfehlen.
