Booked this hotel with icelolly but was not booked in and moved to hotel Aday with no star rating and no breakfast but still paid for four star bed and breakfast?

This riad is located within a short walk to djemaa el fna square. The best thing about this riad is the staff as they were always smiling and helpful. You can feel the real Moroccan hospitality in there. They were also giving us free moroccan tea in the afternoon on the top of the free breakfast. The room was very clean. The only thing that i didn't like is that there is no separation between the bathroom and sleeping room as it was a 4 bed rooms and you could hear almost everything.
Other than that, this is a great riad that I'd recommend to everybody.response / report this review -

Estuvimos alojados una semana en el Riad. Es una casa preciosa y tranquila. Habitaciones comodas, limpias,climatizadas frio/ calor. El personal es exquisito,gente muy amable y dispuesta a ayudar en cualquier necesidad. Hacen los dormitorios todos los dias, el desayuno es abundante y preparado con dedicación. La ubicacion es inmejorable, serán tres calles de la plaza central. Zona segura y fácil de llegar. Seguro volveremos.

Excelente Riad con una gran ubicacion en una zona tranquila de la medina que te permite disfrutar del centro de Marrakech sin necesidad de taxi. Trato muy bueno y decoracion exquisita. Muy recomendable.
