Comfortable place with a pool and a bar! Rooms are very big and comfortable, could have been a little bit better maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful! Location great also, close to the major Kasbah and a walking distance to the town centre.

Coffee, however at a breakfast, was horrible.
And there was a not very nice smell in the neighbourhood, perhaps it wasn't the hotel's fault but it was unpleasant enough.

Also, if you are looking for authentic marroccan experience it's better to find a quiet road nearby.

Very dated place. Quite dark at night. Close to the castle. Good breakfast. Bathroom has old tub tiles broken. Old furniture tube radios that don't work.

The hotel is beautiful during the day but it's really dark and quiet at night. The room I stayed in was big and we'll furnished. It's just a little dusty here and there. Location of the hotel is fairly good. It's not too far away from the Kasbah.

We stopped here for one night on the way to the desert. The 4 star review on google led us to believe we would be getting something decent. Instead we got an outdated hotel who's golden days are in the past. Most of the staff appeared like they didn't cared much for the place. The maintenance and attention to detail are very low. Wifi wasnt working (the router was but no connection behind it) and no effort was made to fix that, nor was a discount offered as compensation. The rooms are large and average: slightly outdated decoration, basic bathroom and springy mattress. On the plus side parking is hassle free and the breakfast was comprehensive (although quality was lacking). For 450 dh a night, a discounted rate for this establishment, you can do much better elsewhere.

Great large rooms and cozy courtyard. The staff is very helpful and the location is great, you can easily reach casbah and the market on foot.

Needs a renovation but the staff is friendly, Nice atmosphere, Quiet in the night, Minibar in the room, a big garage for your car and somebody that keeps an eye on your car in the night - i can recommend this place

Need some renovations and more motivated staff. Aisha, the manager, is doing a good work. The air conditioner doesn't work, sometimes the water is dirty, the breakfast could be better. The swimming pool is very good. The restaurant make delicious food. The bar inside is a very very strange place.
