Unbelievable experience. Unfortunately was only able to stay one night as we stayed on our way between the Sahara desert and Marrakech. Vanessa and her husband have done an outstanding job and staying at L’Ma Lodge is reason enough to come to Skoura.

Our first stay during our trip through Morocco was at L'Ma Lodge. We drove there from Marrakech airport, a trip that took approximately 5 hours. It was a beautiful trip through the mountains.
When we arrived at the Lodge the owner immediately welcomed us. She has a very warm personality. The rooms are amazing, every detail has been taken care of. Great bathroom, furniture, accessories. The swimming pool is also great (a little cold for us!)
At night the kitchen staff cooked us a delicious vegetarian meal: it was so good we took some left overs with us so we could eat it for lunch in our car the next day.
It was a pity we only stayed at the Lodge for one night, we could have stayed for a week and enjoy their fresh dates, pomegranates and almonds a lot more!

We stayed here for a night as a stop off on the way to the Sahara Desert. Vanessa, the owner, was such a warm and fabulous hostess! The breakfast and dinner we had was truly incrediblesuch a feast. The entire property was beautifully decorated and such a relaxing place to stay. And the pool was amazing in the heat!

This lodge is in the middle of nowhere, a bit past town center of Ouarzazate. The owners are building a self-sufficient oasis. We were greeted with fresh baked cookies and a refreshing cold Moroccan tea with lemon juice. The room is beautifully decorated. There is a heated pool on the premise along a lot mini spaces. Dinner was amazing, tangine chicken, carrots and lemon. Breakfast included a wide variety of spreads for bread and crepes. Oh, there are cats that live on the premises.

Amazing, a true oasis. A spectacular tranquil garden amidst the desert hosted by some of the friendly people you will find anywhere. We wish we could stay longer than one night, not to do anything in particular, but simply to be in this paradise. The pool is heated and the bocce court is always ready, but one could occupy oneself for days exploring the little nooks and seating areas hidden around the grounds.
It's worth going hours out of your way to come here. If you can stay two nights, so much the better, and try to make it three.response / report this review -
