  You don't get the package you pay for, poor hygiene and old - if you are a tourist BE CAREFUL .
  
  THE SCAM
  I PAID 200 at the reception to have someone help wash / scrub me .. but when I went into the hàmam a women who had an attitude handed me the a sachet of local soap and told me to do it myself.
  
  You're better off booking a private 45 min hàmam in the old town for 30 dollars .. than a DIY option costing almost the same with a additional 10 mins in the taxi there and one back.
  
  POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
  When I asked at reception why this happened a lovely lady apologised a lot , I was not offered a refund or to come back on a complimentary session . Basically , you're a tourist and since you don't live there it doesn't matter.
  
  PEEING IN THE SHOWER
  I even watched one of the ladies working there taking a pee in the shower .. nice 😱
  
  FALSE ADVERTISING
  Also, don't believe the photo's, it's warn out, its a bit smelly, no rose petals in sight .. it's a local almost clean DIY hàmam

  Very fun experience (and I've been to a roadside hammam in the desert). This was 180MAD for a nice hour and a half of hammam experience for those who are unprepared and want to see what it's like. Steps for non frenchies like me. 1) pay money 2) get changed into swimmers 3) go down to hammam 4) shower 5) put on black soap 6) sauna 7) wait to be called by masseuse who will put you on the table and scrub you and wash you 8) cool pool 9) sauna 10) cool pool 11) shower yourself 12) head to the relaxation room with your music or eye mask then you're done!
