A huge hotel. 4 receptions and 4 restaurants. Wonderful garden in the middle with several swimming pools. Wide choice of dishes on the buffet, but only a few with meat. :-( endless dessert and cookies table. Spacious rooms, luxurious oriental style. Corridors could use more signage, one gets lost easily trying to find a room number.

Worst service ever, definitely not 5* service maybe just a 2*! Staff are rude not able to communicate effectively in English, facilities that are supposed to be available within the price are not!

The worst experience ever !!! When we checked in we were given a room that smelled horrible. The next day in morning we couldn't join the buffet so we requested a room service .. it was very poor quality. The bread and the muffins were cold and felt like rocks.

It's average minus.
The entrance is beautiful, the pools are stunning but this is mainly it.
Food: breakfast is nice then the rest is tasteless. It does feel like you are at school.
Rooms: you have to ask many time for everything. Robe asked 3 times. More towel 3 times. Get chairs and a table on the balcony 1 time. Clean the fridge 4 times (there was mold inside and they didn't even clean it properly). Fixe the phone 1 time and it took 30 min at 10pm on our first night.
So I am not sure what make it a palace as for me it doesn't met the minimum standard of a really basic hotel room.
Spa: it actually not really worst it. It is convenient it's here but the service provided doesn't match the quality of regular Medina spa. They ask you to take appointment but they are always late. We waited up to 45 min.
They balnéothérapie is mainly what you can get at home. No essential oil. And water is just warm. Manicure pedicure wasn't this relaxing moment I was picturing in a comfy seat.
They use some rough tools for the facial. First feel like my face was polish and then they applied some burning mask. The result wasn't bad but I didn't enjoy myself at all!
The hair salon is minimalist.
But at the end everything does it job! You just don't get the palace feeling at all.
The staff is really nice though! At least you are in good company!response / report this review -

This hotel was adequate for our holiday. The problem is it is advertised as a 5 star hotel and in my opinion it is most certainly not. The rooms in particular are old and tired and need updating. No info pack or complimentary water was provided. This hotel either needs to be brought up to modern 5 star standards or advertised as a 3 star.

Very nice staff who were pleasant, despite the language barrier. Mohammed, the manager was really friendly and helpful as well. The spa was ok, but I'd probably do a Hammam elsewhere next time. Fantastic pools and nice rooms, too.

Beautiful hotel with very large pools but restricted time of use. Breakfast option really good. Hamman massage really cool. Spa and Sauna available. Very friendly receptionist.
The one thing I didn't like about the hotel is the poor towels in the room, they were not white, soft and fluffy. They looked like rags.
I also noticed that bed spread was not changed daily and the cleaners do not arrange the room properly. They even threw my things on the floor.response / report this review -

Pretty good rooms and kind staff but to expensive. Can't even be given free water here. The food is alright but not to good for foreigners but overall it's been a good place.

Would not recommend due to the poor quality service. Staff are laid back and not interested in helping you, need to remind them again and again.
Waited at reception all the time to be acknowledged and served.
Room service is overcharged and food is cold by the time it reaches you.
We booked three family rooms and each member experienced the same.
Fridge was not working in our room and they did. It have any kettle in the room. No drinking water facilities in the room.response / report this review -

Never have I seen such terrible customer service. It's not worth your money to spend it on this resort. Also they lie about free parking. You have to pay the lot attendant. Take your money elsewhere.

Apparently five star hotel more or less 4 star. Really nice pool and facilities. Weak WiFi, beautiful surroundings and amazing breakfast 🍳

The hotel is not a 5 star standard. The breakfast is not worth it. They don't have any coffee in the room and it cost £3.5 to order one. The staff are very rude and they charge extra for city tax. The shower heads are broken. The spa is over priced. Overall I would not recommend this place.

Cleanliness is a concern. Bed wasn't made properly. Had to get them to change everything again. Not value for money. Ordered cappuccino, it turned out to be a hot chocolate.got it changed to a coffee instead but got charged for both. I noticed the charge too late after paying.that's the first day not over yet. on that bases I won't come back here. UK prices in Morocco for a hotel and not the service you expect. Not worth it!
