Hôtel bien desservi personnel super le petit déjeuner à volonté au top jardin et piscine super le seul problème c'est que les chambres sont un peu salle a par ça super séjour

Personnel courtois et accueillant. Bonne ambiance le soir avec l'animation (chanteuse). Points à améliorer : propreté des rangements et baignoire, équipement, info touristique, climatisation, info sur les services de l'hôtel.

Not a 4 star hotel, however: it's cheap and cheerful. Nice swimming pool and gardens. The rooms could do with a bit of refurbishing. You got to pay 25 dirhams for the room safe, per day. Good wifi in rooms. Air conditioning doesn't work (April). Breakfast is included in the room price but it could be better.
You get what you pay for.

my friend and i stayed at The Tichka Hotel in September 2012 and we loved it. We read some bad reviews before going there but don't understand why. The hotel is beautiful, a little tired maybe but that just adds to it's charm and authenticity. The staff were always polite and helpful and the food dellicious. The pool was perfect, clean and just the right temperature. The singer outside whilst we dined had the most beautuful voice. Muhammed, the taxi driver outsude the hotel was wonderful, taking you antwhere you want to go, waiting for you if you want him to,, bringing you back again and nit ripping you off. We would definitely reccommend The Tichka.

My family and I stayed for 3 days. Wonderful rooms, very clean, food was definitely above average, pool area is wonderful (peaceful, well maintained). Highly recommended. Strong 4 star if not 5 star hotel.
