A very big scam.
We promise you 2 hours of buggy in a wonderful setting and in the palm grove.
In the end 35 minutes of low speed ballads. No thrills. In addition, constantly stopped by broken down equipment, which is bad. Maintained. Banal ballad in an environment not corresponding to the promise. All for 60 €. I do not recommend this company which makes fun of tourists. To flee.response / report this review -

Waste of time.
We booked 2 buggy for 2 couples after being told we would go faster and drift a bit compared to quads (twice more expensive than quads).
In the end, we went the whole tour between 30-40 km/h, the views are exactly the same you get when you drive on the road (80% of the tour was on hard road) and one of the buggy had nonstop problems.
We were also promised a 2h30 duration and considering every stops and issues we ran into, we ended up driving 1h max.
We were willing to accept a partial reimbursement (pay the quad price instead of buggy) and we received none empathy or consideration, the company and booking agency kept blaming each other.
Avoid at all cost, there's much better things to do in Marrakech.response / report this review -

Spent a nice day on a tour in desert. The guide was careful with all of us do not have to much speed 🙂 we had a stop and we got free herbal green tasty tea and bread with honey. At the beginning of tour, one member of the team took some photos of us with a professional camera and at the end we were asked if we want all photos for around 8pounds, we had around 70photos. We enjoyed all 4h tour 😎

They have completely robbed me of my money. I paid for photographs and was promised I’d receive them by email that day. Several msgs and five days later I have been completely ignored and never received my pictures. Don’t go here if you don’t want to be conned!

Wij hadden 2,5 uur quad rijden geboekt voor 30 december. De afspraak gemaakt dat wij om 14:00 uur van het hotel zouden worden opgehaald. Echter om 15:00 uur nog niemand. Inmiddels hadden wij via het agentschap al een aantal keren gebeld. Met steeds het antwoord dat de auto er binnen 10 minuten zou zijn. Om 15:15 hebben wij via de agent laten weten dat wij deze dag niet meer wilde gaan. In goed overleg afspraak gemaakt voor 31 december 12:00 uur. Ook deze afspraak liep wederom erg uit. De auto stond uiteindelijk om 13:15 bij ons voor het hotel ( was dezelfde chauffeur als dag eerder ). Deze man neemt zijn werk niet serieus. Dit was aan zijn uitstraling heel duidelijk te merken.
Uiteindelijk zaten wij dan om 13:45 op de quad. Op zich een leuke rit gemaakt. Met kleine tee pauze. Om 15:30 waren wij klaar met de rit ( dus bij lange niet de beloofde 2,5 uur ). Daarna was het even wachten op de chauffeur om terug gebracht te worden naar het hotel. Wederom door de weinig vriendelijke chauffeur. Kortom op zich zeker een aanrader om te doen. 2 petites heures de quad dans la palmeraie pour 350 dh. Progression en file indienne presque au ralenti. Bien uniquement pour débutants sans expériences. Bref j'ai connu beaucoup mieux.
