I loved this hotel. I have 2 kids and and this hotel had the best mini club you can expect. I was able to totally relax while my kids were well taken care of ;)

I‘ve never met such a friendly and professional service in any other hotel before! The food was incredibly good and the room was always clean and comfortable. It‘s unbelievable how warm hearted the employees have been with all of the guests. I will definitely recommend this hotel and will visit Iberostar Hotels more often!

Excellent hotel, it's all inclusive and excellent quality. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. There are lots of activities such as tennis, table tennis, spinning, archery etc There are 2 swimming-pools that are suitable for all ages. We enjoyed our stay very much.

A great hotel with very friendly helpful staff, a really relaxing holiday with plenty of activities. Food very nice, service great. Only downfall is WI-FI only available in reception and immediate surroundings, that said did not alter my opinion on this holiday.

Beautiful hotel in the desserts outside Marrakech. Good service on the whole but often staff struggle with English as French appears to be the dominant language. The entertainment wasn't to my taste but it was appreciated by most of the other holiday makers. The hotel was spotless, well kept gardens and good choice of food in the all inclusive. Didn't try the separate restaurant so can't comment. Lovely swimming pools and friendly animation team.

The hotel itself is a decent 4 star hotel; fairly big, clean rooms, decent food (there are options that are more than decent), nice pools and garden etc. The staff though, they are amazing. Extremely friendly and helpful, way beyond expectations

Booked this hotel because i wanted a resort with activities to keep myself busy when I'm not out touring since I was a solo traveler.
Pros:
Food - there was always a lot of food though it became quote boring after a while. There was little variety.
Daytime activities - I would give 5 stars for this. They do a great job at keeping you engaged duringthe day. From water activities, pool parties, archery, trapeze, my evenings were fun and the activity staff were great.
Staff - I had a bad incident in my room and the staff were quick to respond and immediately made sure it was taken care of. The housekeeping manager and hotel manager were great and I even got an upgrade to a suite and because i spent my day fixing the issue, they got me a driver to take me to town. I was honestly impressed at the way they handled the situation. They couldn't have done better.
Shuttle - the hotel is far from town but there's a shuttle that runs at specific times. This was a good perk to have.
Cons:
Nighttime activities - I only enjoyed one night there. Other nights were blah. It would be nice if they could accomodate the non French crowd.
Staff -Service staff were hit or miss but mainly miss. They only gave their utmost attention to the French speaking guests. Many times I'll wait to speak to a receptionist and they'll ignore you for someone who just walked by and spoke French to them.
Grounds - lots of insects. I forgot to bring an insect repellent spray so i got bit a lot. Carry an insect repellent spray if you'll be visiting.response / report this review -

It is all you would expect while staying in an all inclusive club in marrakech, it is both,all size family friendly as well as pwrty friendly just make sure you let them know at the reception you want to be far from the pool in case you're an early sleeper for the rooms window wre not sound proof hense 4 stars. For again. You would expect that in this kind of establishments, staff as well as food are great.

Have thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Don't usually do large chain hotels but can't fault it. Clean and tidy. Staff friendly and helpful, especially liked the visual presence of the management, who would frequently stop and talk to all guests. All inclusive food and drink option. Great selection buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Entertainment crew on site too, for adult or children programme, plus nightclub, spa and gym, tennis, archery, football, boules and much more. Even a free shuttle into the Medina. English and French spoken. Stayed mid September 2017 for a week.

Lovely Hotel, very clean, friendly staff. Management was very professional and friendly. Entertainment throughout the day and evening was remarkable as they engaged with all ages. Highly recommend this hotel. No complaints in the food hall either. 😊
