It's alright as long as you don't demand much, but if you want something specific then you're out of luck.
As a tech enthusiast, I never find anything I need in there and have to go look elsewhere.

Pretty poor standards when comparing it to a supermarket from the U.K. where I live but thats obvious, you're right, but regardless, this place is out of date and way to expensive for brands you will never have heard of. I wanted to buy a cheap toaster and couldnt buy one for less than double what a branded one would cost in the UK. Everything is cheap quality but the price will make you think youre in the UK or US. Bad for tourists, even worse for locals. My advise.. keep it simple and shop at local places and not the supermarket.
