if there is a zero star, i will go a head and give it to their reception and service, really.
The staff are decent and that’s the only reason i gave this hospital 2 stars. Otherwise it’s a total s hole! How is this a private clinic?! It’s filthy and the equipments seem like from before WW1. I mean how much does it cost to apply a fresh coat of paint!! Sick people laying on the chairs in the waiting room because they have to wait for hours for a consultation. My son had a surgery there, while we were waiting for the doctor to come out of surgery, there was another little boy laying on a stretcher in the hall waiting for the same doctor to perfom his surgery, the mother was outraged because she was told that all the rooms were full and her son will be placed and left in the post anesthesia room after the surgery, and can’t receive visitors. When the door opened i saw 2 more women laying on stretchers probably waiting for the same doctor, who by the way had to do consultations in between surgeries!!! I only got to talk to the doctor for a minute in the hall, before he had to rush back into the surgery room.
I will never step foot in this place again, and wouldn’t advice anyone to, it’s a pure lucrative business with no regards whatsoever to the health, comfort or satisfaction of the patients.
I called to find out if they had a GP. They said they don't but that I can come and they would call one from outside the clinic. Never heard anything like this. Strange.
Médecins compétents, empathiques et professionnels. Le bas blesse, comme souvent, au niveau du petit personnel, à l'accueil notamment, pas toujours au niveau (discourtois, hautain).
Quality, efficient medical attention. I was on vacation and came down with a severe cold and intense coughing that threatened to ruin my trip. I went to the American Embassy Rabat website and this clinic was listed as one of the places where medical treatment was available. I feel I was very lucky in that I showed up on a Friday morning which is typically the day of worship so it was not very crowded. There was English speaking staff available and they quickly checked me in to be seen by a doctor. A very pleasant technician took my vitals and Dr. Kamal was able to quickly provide a diagnosis and write me a prescription. The staff directed me to a pharmacy down the street so I received treatment and obtained my prescription in under 40 minutes. The cost of the office visit as well as the medication was much lower than similar care available in the USA. Thanks to all for helping me to feel better and continuing to enjoy my time in Morocco.
Clinique célèbre au centre de la ville

Bonne clinique pluridisciplinaire
L'hygiène commence par des toilettes propres

A member of my close relative went there for a "so called transfusion". They botched the job (it was unsunatary). a week later she died from an infection contracted at that hospital. When we attempted to officially complained they could not find a better answer than IT IS HER DESTINY. UNBELIEVABLE! Rude staff. Still happening in 21st century.
