Expensive hot shower - Disappointing hammam experience: unfriendly staff moving us around the rooms including a so called hammam which was actually more like a warm room with a hot shower inside and constantly looking at their watch to make sure you don't get any extra time there Definitely not recommended

Had a pedicure 35€ in total , the quality is soso. For the same price, I can get better quality in Paris. My feet was not even soft after and i still can feel the roughness right after. Overpriced and too touristy.

I would go over and over and over again.The Ladies were very very professional,the hammam was the best i have ever had in my life.the tea,the massage after,the face cooling .worth every spend.10/10 recommend

I don't think I've ever been so relaxed. Very professional and experienced staff and at one of the best prices in the city you won't get a better experience than here. My wife and I spent an amazing 2 hours here. Not a single thing to complain about.

The spa was clean but the bathrobes looked worn. We were also given slippers but no towels. We booked the traditional black soap hammam. The hammam room looked stunning and the hammam experince was relaxing. The relaxation room felt very cold after the hammam and it was a very busy spa so it was quite noisy. We had been to other hammams that were more relaxing and professional.

This place was recommended by the Riad I stayed at. For that reason I ignored the mixed reviews and booked the “ Experience Complete + 1 H de massage classique au choix” which is a combination of Hammam and massage. The experience was disappointing given the price compared to other spas in the area. The reviews about the noise are accurate. The employees kept talking amongst themselves the whole time I was there. Do not expect a completely relaxing experience. The most disappointing part of the experience was the Hammam portion. I was rubbed with black soap and told to wait in the steam room for about 15 minutes. I was then asked to rinse the soap off before the exfoliation which lasted about 5 minutes. This is not my first Hammam and usually I am scrubbed for a half hour or more in spas that are comparable to this one . Because it was my first time at Al Hambra I kept thinking that there was more to come. After the 5 minutes of scrubbing I was rubbed with a clay mixture and asked to relax. I was left in the steam room for another 10 minutes.When I realized that the scrubbing was over I asked for the scrubbing glove so I can scrub the body part that were not scrubbed ie my feet. (One note about the glove: if I had not asked for a new one the lady would have used the one used with the previous guest. Not my idea of luxury). I felt like I would have been better off going to a more traditional place where more scrubbing time would have left me feeling squeaky clean. When a staff member asked about my experience I shared the honest opinion that the experience was too short. She told me that it was “exactly the 30 minutes “ advertised. She completely missed the point I was making. I can sit in any steam room for 25 minutes for a fraction of the cost( 550 MAD) . I would have foregone the clay treatment to get more scrubbing time. The massage was just ok. The lady that helped me never left the room to give me some privacy. I had to climb on and off the table naked while she stared because you don’t go back to the locker between the hammam and the massage. She said started the massage without any type of consultation. I was supposed to make a choice of massage but was never given the choices. I could have given my input but at that point I just wanted the whole thing to be over. I get regular massages but there was nothing special about this one. Overall the staff was friendly but they can probably use more training. The experience was borderline average. The whole thing looks great on the website but the execution was very poor.By the way I speak fluent French so this was not a case of a language barrier. The staff spoke French.

Nous avions réservé pour 2, bains et massage 600 dhs chacun. Le bain est très joli est relaxant avec 2 baignoires côte à côte des pétales de roses sont sur l'eau et un massage du visage et de la tête nous est proposé. Ensuite on nous dit qu'il ne sera pas possible de nous faire masser ensemble, bien dommage ! Le but étant d'avoir un plaisir en même temps. Certes le massage était excellent un peu plus vigoureux que d'autres mais efficace. Maîtrisé et Très professionnel. Et nous terminons par un thé froid avec un massage très rapide des pieds. Et j'ai voulu me remaquiller et me coiffer mais dans ce spa apparemment il n'y a pas de pièce adaptée pour ça, on m'a juste proposé des toilettes ridicules avec un petit miroir. J'ai eu une impression d'être à la chaine et de zapper le petit plus qui fait que l'on reviendra. Les tarifs sont quand même un peu excessifs pour Marrakech.
Expérience faite mais sans suite pour ma part.
