We had some very very bad experiences at this hotel we. First of all we had to get angry and almost yell at the receptionist for them to get a baby bet for us even though they had one and came with it just after we had raised our voices and the receptionist handelt the situation very bad. Not a good way to start the vacation.
They also claim that they have suveillance camera in the entres to the appartments but yesterday in the Night or early morning out stroller got ruined totally when standing in the locked hallway with alledged cameras. When we sent to the reception and told them and wanted to see the cameras ofcause they dont work. We dont understand how its possible with all that Security and lokkes doors that someone came in and destroyed out stroller.
But the view from the suite is amazing and the standard of the room is ok its Big and there is a lot of space for two families.response / report this review -

Amina was an excellent receptionist she worked tirelessely to satisfy our concerns and queries. Thank you Amina.
Most staff at resort barely speak any English at all. 5* review once you get more English speaking staff.
BREAKFAST was scandalous with 2 hot dishes only and rest of the food was inedible or poor taste, lack of choice. Only decent thing for breakfast was croissants and tea, oh and boiled egg.
WIFI was fabulous! best wifi ive experienced in a hotel ever. No complaints with wifi.
ROOMS were very attractive and modern, open planned kitchen in all rooms for easy self cooking. Buy groceries beforehand (I recommend Carrefour Market, its near to where shuttle drops you off).
SHUTTLE service was decent. 8 seater mini van going to and fro from resort to city centre every hour. Drivers are the best well disciplined. Very friendly and they look like they dont expect tips :)
RESORT is worthwhile for both Adults and children. There are swimming pools, tennis court, water slide area, zip wire, mini gym, spa, table tennis. Ask reception for more information.
PLACES I would recommend are:
Jama el Fana - main shopping district of Marrakesh.. here there are endless souks, cafes, restaurants available.
La Koutoubia - This mosque has excellent architecture, lovely courtyard for ablution, facilities for women available. Beautiful.
KFC - the KFC near the money exchange place and 2 mins away from Jama el Fana is lovely, has bubbly staff, excellent quality food.
Tips:
Speak to brokers for quad biking, buggy, horse/camel riding. Careful about giving money to children who beg do so discreetly. Always agree price for services before you pay for goods or taxi rides.
Have a safe flight and enjoy your holiday ;) and dont forget make sure you HAGGLE (these nutters are ripping us off anyways XD)

Great place to stay in Marrakesh. Clean and well maintained with great facilities for kids. Friendly and helpful staff made our stay a great experience.

Our experience was mixed. Check-in was nice. We got to our room and it smelled of rotten eggs. We spoke to the front desk and they said the room had not been used in a long time. I wonder why it was given to someone when it hadn't been used. There was no outdoor furniture so we couldn't even get away from the smell. The pull-out couch was in disrepair and you could tell that the room needed work. They sent a repairman to fix the smell but he was not able to do anything. We had to continue to wait in our room a total of 4 hours until they could move us to a new room. Thankfully they were able to move us and the new room was fine. The resort was nice but not quite the same as the pictures. We had 4 kids and the playground needed to be fixed and the pool was missing some features that we saw in the pictures. It just hadn't been kept up. The staff was good. The food was ok. If we stayed longer we probably would have gone off site for food. On our last night, our young son got sick and threw up on the comforter. I called down to the front desk and asked if they could bring a new one up and the gentlemen said he could not help us as he was the only one here. He said he could have one brought up in the morning. So we had to continue to use the dirty comforter as there was no other option. I was amazed that a resort that big only had one person working and that we couldn't even get a new comforter! Customer service was not so great in that instance. Free wifi didn't work in our location either. Signal wasn't strong enough. Check out was fine.

Misleading pictures at Halal Booking. No kettle, apparently for security purposes, no microwave. Rooms have cockroaches.
Shuttle service is a 7 seater car, which is fully booked almost everyday and to go the main city centre cost 200 Dirham, which is around £18. Absolutely not worth it if your spending £40 to just go there and back.
Food at the resort is expensive, and hardly fills your stomach.
We were told there are seperate pool facilities for women and kids but that's not true.
Website also doesn't mention the local tax which is another £50 on top of your booking which you have to pay upon checking out.
Air condition smells so whenever you put it on, the entire apartment stinks.
The roof is not all that, it's just a roof with a table and chair.
Activities are hardly open.

Visited Le Vizir Center Parc & Resort for one week. Had an amazing experience. The staff are friendly and accommodating to your needs. Me and my family had breakfast included in our deal. The breakfast offered a variety of hot and cold foods.Bakery section was fresh and the juices were refreshing. Overall I would recommend to everyone.

This hotel could be amazing but more attention to detail is needed. The facilities need repairing back to their original standards. Breakfast was really good but the other food was very expensive and not very good quality. Only one bed was made up in our apartment even though there were three of us. There were leaking drains in the bathroom and the door wouldn't open properly. The staff were very friendly though and the pool area was very clean.

Friendly staff, loads of free activities eg archery, zip wiring etc, kids mini club, swimming pools clean,spacious bedrooms and any requests dealt with promptly.

The room was dirty so we asked for another one but the blanket was dirty which caused my family to get bitten by bugs . The open buffet was fantastic so was the workers . The shuttle wasnt relly good as lots of people go on it so the avalibility was at least once every 2 days
The pool was good but wasnt clean often as it was cleaned once a week the cooker didnt work but the place for kids to play was fantastic as everyone can be involved and help you . The electricity was cut off which made us freaze for a night . Most of the cleaners were kind but some didn't give shampoo . We also called them for towels twise as were a family of 6 which then came about 6hrs laters which was useless . The taxi was a rip off as to get food like mcdonalds was about 200dh just for the taxi so rhe cost for the resort wasnt worth it . So i would give it a 2 starresponse / report this review -

The room / apartment was really nice and spacious. The staff couldn't have been nicer especially Sumir the manager and Mohammed the entertainment manager. Good breakfast spread too.
Was surprised how warm it was for December. Kids managed to have a splash in the pool. Though it was cold.
Took a while to get in to town but shuttle bus was great. Got a taxi one night when we missed bus which was pricey 150. But didn't bargain hard. Was surprised how relaxing holiday was. Expected a little more hassle around the markets.response / report this review -
