7 poole's of which included two children's pools one large central pool one deep diving pool 1 adult size slide pool and 1 adults only pool away from the rest include this with five star quality food and booze and the most friendliest people I've ever met how can you not love this place

There are many things that stopped me from giving 5 stars and going for 3 stars instead.
I'll start with the positive points:
Nice swimming pools with slides.
Great food served during breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Free shuttles to the city.
Overall good value for money.
Now the bad things :
We waited for a cot bed for several hours before getting one in the evening despite requesting it at noon.
No minibar or fridge in the room.
We found a cockroach in the bathroom of our room, we immediately asked the reception to move us to a new room which they did. We didn't find any in the new room.
Despite being in all inclusive, bottled water is not offered, and instead they have water fountains with plastic cup and they don't allow you to fill up your bottles with water.
Juices are very bad and appear to be mostly water with juice flavor.response / report this review -

Very disapointing need to cater for english tourist if thats the clientel you encourge to visit found you on holidaygems certainly wasnt a a gem
