  In next holiday come with grand children to this hotel only food problem we vegetrain no garlic & onion bamiya(okra) bringel baatat no fish & eggs pure vegi foods

  Muy buen hotel. En Marruecos hay que tener cuidado porque las estrellas no responden a lo que esperamos los españoles. Pero este hotel es muy limpio, agradable, con un spa muy bueno, piscina exterior perfecta y comida exquisita. Yo lo tengo como sitio habitual en el que alojarme cuando voy a Marruecos.

  First time in my life .. that everything was bad and terrible SERVICE !
  starting with the GENERAL MANAGER OF the hotel who says : "If you have a complain.. I don't wanna speak with you"
  
  Just to mention a few :
  1. No electricity in the room for 2 days (we complain more than 4times)
  2. You have to pay for the Indoor pool 15dlls per person per day even For kids.
  3. Small animals in the bed
  4. No one fruit in the breakfast
  etc.. etc etc..
  
  Definitely we never recommend this place!!!!

  Très très déçu pour un hotel pseudo 5 étoiles? A peine arrivé un gros cafard dans le toilette une télévision qui ne fonctionne pas un wifi très très faible toiles d'araignées malgré une plainte à la réception et chez les femmes de ménage rien n'a changer je déconseille cet établissement! ! Il y a beaucoup mieux a Marrakech pour le même prix.

  The hotel location is great as its quiet away from the Medina but its only 10 minutes by cab to everything.
  The hotel is clean and although people say its dated i think its a slight exaggeration so don't let that put you off at all.
  Me and my cousin (2 girls) have just returned to London and stayed for 6 days and it wasn't long enough but what really makes the hotel is the staff. I must mention Salim in the hotel bar because he made our time in the hotel memorable and really looked after us, he is an asset to the hotel and works very hard to make sure that guests are a priority and Salim is the main reason that we will return to the hotel and will highly recommend to other friends visiting Marrakech.
