Stayed here with my family for 3 nights. We stayed in the small chalet style and were very comfortable. The bathroom is large and beautifully designed as is the rest of the property
We ate mostly at the restaurant and enjoyed the quality and convenience as the options outside the restaurant can be hit or miss. The lounge is comfortable and inviting and we enjoyed played board games there in the evening
The area surrounding the hotel is breathtakingly beautiful. We did a hike to the bridge of god and the Akchour waterfalls.
The only part we were displeased with was the vague and inaccurate communication from the hotel staff about a Jeep excursion that they sold us. We wanted something a a few hours long to see some of the highlights but instead ended up on a 7 hour arduous, uncomfortable and unnecessarily long trip with the same sights repeating over and over. I would recommend skipping it. Other than that, everything at the hotel was great.response / report this review -

The Hotel, location and staff are amazing
However surrounding area is quite littered from shops up river.

I don't usually leave this type of
review.. but it had to be done.
So, We were very excited waiting for a month to spend some time in This beautiful place .. the customer service was a disappointment, the reception were unprofessional & unorganized. They were over 2 hours late for our check in and after a hassle they agreed to give us a late checkout ( we had to ask for it, they weren't planning on compensating us ).. the girl at the reception kept asking me "Why are you angry? " which I find very unprofessional to ask a customer.. especially when they are at fault.
Plus the late food in the restaurant, the staff
were sweet but they were overwhelmed, not enough people to run a restaurant efficiently.
All the above I would've ignored. Until the next
day when the same girl at the reception came to us and told us that we need to check out before the time we agreed on with the man at the reception, where she again asked me why am I upset…
It's a shame such a beautiful place has
below the standard customer service.
Keep in mind that we booked the most expensive chalet in the place.
I really hope you guys work on your customer service. I’m personally never coming back until the service is better.response / report this review -

L'ermitage was not only beautiful, comfortable and unique place to stay at, it was an unforgettable experience. A true connection to nature, a powerful energy of love and truth. I don't have the words to fully describe how fabulous it is. Thank you ever so much for the care, the love and magic 💗💫

Paradisiac place, enjoyable experience in the middle of the heaven of Akchour. You get to enjoy the river and the landscapes in a private serviced space.
Things that can be improved by the hotel:
1) The food (negative impact on our experience!! Too bad) Dinner was bad for the expectations that the guests have from the prices and the quality of the place). We ordered a steak, but got two chewy pieces of meat, and we ordered pasta and had a not even average quality of the sauce (the pasta you will see in the pictures is supposed to be Alfredo sauce, but got creamy mushroom instead). The salads were small portions and overpriced.
2) There was no fridge in the rooms. We had to put our drinks in a plastic bag and take them with us to the river to cool down.
3) The staff are friendly, but hard to recognize, they could wear uniforms or at least the logo of the hotel in their shirt to recognize them. We were randomly approached by people that we later knew that were staff.
4) There was no brochure in the chalets illustrating the different services we could get at the hotel (massages, Yoga, etc.)
5) Toilets have some holes in the ground and wall that could have easily been hidden or covered and join the beautiful Esthetique of the chalets
We definitely recommend the experience, and will come back again, hoping that these things have been improved by then 🙏response / report this review -

Stayed for New Year's Eve this year, very poor service, would only recommend this place to those who love dog faeces, the courtyard and gardens are covered in aging parcels. After a short walk around them so was my room

Awesome place where you get almost disconnected to enjoy your life. There's a wifi limited to the reception area to get connected in case you couldn't live without internet.
