Nice place to go with your kids. We spent every minute in the pool. The heated pool is amazing and we never had to que for the slides. The food is good and the staff are reasonably polite. The kids club have a lot of activities but make sure you register your kids as soon as you get there. I just feel that security at the kids club could be better. For example. My daughter walked straight out of the gate and no one noticed and there are lots of random people walking in and out. All in all a good place to spend a week or so with your kids

Do not book here - even if they give it for free.

It is not more than a 2 star resort. If you want some rest, good food and good hospitality - go anywhere else in Marakesh.

The staff here are clearly fed up of working here and hence customer services in non-existent. Food is really bad too. Facilities are very good over all. They will charge you for every little thing they can try to.

Would highly recommend the Aqua mirage Great hotel brilliant staff and one of the best animation teams I have ever come across my family and myself have had that much fun the past 2 weeks we are going to book again for next Easter thank you all at the aqua mirage for a brilliant holiday and making our stay here in Marrakech money well spent

Excellent. Extraordinarily clean. Excellent room but disappointingly no tea making facilities. The restaurant was large with plenty of choice, even for difficult eaters like myself. The facilities around the resort were plentiful. Very satisfied. Just one downside that prevented my giving it the full five stars was if you don't like children ( like I don't) then this not the place for you. There were loads of them running around all over the place, even in the bar. I like my bars not to be dead but not noisy. It felt as though I was on the concourse at Euston Station. Apart from that, I recommend it but only if you like children.

Me and my wife visited in November 2017. Our second visit to Morocco. The hotel was fantastic. A large complex. Multiple pools including a heated one for the cooler days. Tennis courts, basketball court, full size astra turf football pitch. Its own water park and a restaurant with fantastic food and service. There is a spa and a gym and several bars!!!! We had a wonderful time throughout. There is a hotel bus that runs into the centre of Marrakech for a small charge and will pick you up again several times a day. I would highly recommend and we are already planning to return soon

Hygiene is not good. If food is not eaten it's put out the next day had food poisoning.

Basic room, WiFi is charged and only available in room, 'free wifi', poolside suffers contention issues rendering it unusable.

Most staff are friendly, some even genuine but it is a tip hungry culture.

The food was excellent but the buffet was a bit of a cattle market.

Great place if you have kids, there's a splashworld, two pools - the quiet adult only pool and the disco/noisy pool. There is a smaller pool for games and a tiny kids paddling pool. Far more for kids of all ages at splashworld. Food lovely, drinks great and the staff are all brilliant.

Fab staff, well cooked Good, excellent water park, geared towards French speaking people. Bar lacking in choice in terms of draft beers. If heat isn't your thing visit from late Sept onwards. We were there last week and max temp was 50°. Tainted our holiday a little as you didn't want to do anything at all. We felt safe in the hotel complex and on excursions.bartering is a must in the markets.

The stars are for the GREAT heated pool. Everything else was pretty blah. The guy at reception was so incredibly rude and was the only one not wearing a nametag. I wonder why 😖

We had a nice stay, but the restaurant was much too big with very much noise. Too much. Altså too much noise in the bar. I visited the Infirmery. The two nurses were fantastic. Very helpfull. Very professional. Michael

Love this hotel it was absolutely amazing.. such a wide range of services, and an amazing buffet. It was affordable for a family of 5, the rooms were lovely and clean. This hotel is so huge you could get lost lol! Honestly really loved my stay here.

We had the best holiday here in. November 2016 staff amazing nothing is to much trouble!! food is amazing!! Clean and lively rooms! Water slides are brilliant fun and children's pool area perfect for all ages!! We will be going back!
