Came here on a tour (3 day Sahara visit). For the heating you'll have to pay 100 MAD, ridiculous. Tip: when you'll do you get a remote that also works in other rooms ;). Food (dinner and breakfast) was OK, room was clean and very basic. Shower was OK.

No heating so the rooms were freezing. Food incredibly average. Terrible WiFi. Water pressure so weak I couldn't shower. Came here on a tour - would not have stayed here otherwise!

No air con or fans, whole hotel hopelessly dated and in need of renovation. Many fittings in room broken, eg shower head, door handle. Food bad, internet slow and only in foyer. It'll do for a night.

Horrible hotel. No AC or fans so rooms are miserably hot. Towels have holes in them. Some tour groups book this hotel frequently and it's not worth the time or energy. Staff is rude too.
