Fine food, rooms, view, hosts, music and more. What a wonderful stop on a Moroccan holiday tour! Just getting to the property takes you through gorges with amazing rock formations and valleys. The food was top-notch - very upscale European in presentation, with a mix of traditional Moroccan and European offerings. Excellent wine list, particularly for Morocco. After dinner, the staff put on a terrific mini-show or berber drumming and singing (and these guys are quite good!). Great rooms opening out onto communal terraces that offer fine views of the surrounding valley and mountains. Our hosts are brothers, I believe, and the entire staff was superlative. Truly a gem!

This is a marvelous place and experience. You feel like you are in an ancient castle with modern service. EVERY service person was kind and the food was out of the world. They also arranged our trip to the desert and a walking tour. This is a must to experience.

Walt staff were super friendly and knowledgeable, small but great menu selections that provide variety outside of tangine and couscous; french inspired. Best pot of mint tea ive had in morrocco, cozy and clean restaurant space with fireplace!!

Amazing place. We just regret to stay just one night :) The location and decoration are great. But the best part is dinner: outside, nice presentation and selected ingredients. Ismael, one of the waiters, was always taking care of us, as we felt a bit sick after a trip to Sahara. It was a real pleasure to stay here.

The owner Lahcen is great, Super host. We had a great dinner and he recommended us a guide that took us on a great 2 hours hike through a gorge. It was fabulous hike with no tourist.

We had great food here for lunch & dinner. The chef is very good & creates Moroccan French dishes. No problem accommodating vegetarians. The service is great. Be sure to have an advance reservation as the dining area is relatively small, & a single tour bus & some guests from nearby hotels could fill it all. It is a fixed price, fixed menu restaurant.
Very good service in this boutique hotel located on the cliffs of the gorge. You are walking distance to the river & most of the great views. The hotel has a nice pool at the top, but the water gets cold by evening. Our room & bathroom was very nice & clean. The restaurant has another Trip Advisor listing & has very very good food for everyone, including vegetarians, & has a heavy French influence.response / report this review -

Truly a fantastic place! The staff are amazing. The brothers who took over 6 years ago are doing a fabulous job. The food is incredible and the surprise drum routine by 6 staff was cool.

Very relaxing surrounding with garden patches throughout the large hotel. There are alot of winding steps to the rooms so be sure you're okay with climbing alot of stairs. The pool and dining area overlooks the beautiful mountains. Breakfast is awesome!
