  Wonderful hotel and location. Staff always ready to help. The hotel does need to update a few areas as they're starting to drop in quality (such as the pool side furniture) but all in all I would recommend here as a good place to visit.

  this is the best hotel , best food , best service , all the staff are very friendly , and out side view is very nice. one of staff member Ghizlaine, she was very helpfully. I am very much happy to come back again.

  Thieves. Sunglasses and clothing got stolen. Avoid this hotel! I would have expect more from a five star hotel. Poor room service. We had to wait for three hours to get our dinner. Very wet room. All in all a stay we would never repeat.

  Sofitel was an amazing hotel - definitely recommend it if you are thinking of going to Agadir. From the counter staff to the chef we were looked after really well. Love it and would go back any day.
  Lovely team of chef's always happy to cater for our very specific dietary requirements.
  Spacious pool side area always space to relax and plenty of towels.
  Poolside staff were amazingly helpful and polite.
