  Friendly and helpful staff, very clean appartements and easy to find. Did not have the chance to test the fitness center, but it looked good. The wifi was very slow, sometimes unusable. Oh and you should skip the breakfast. O cotidien is pretty close cheaper and much better.

  Clean place with big rooms with balcons. The staff speak english. Own swimming pool and fitness. They have parking but its small. Dont have own restaurant.

  VERY Unhappy with the service received during my stay at this hotel. The majority of the reception staff were very warm and welcoming but the restaurant staff and management were ATROCIOUS. Very unwelcoming, very unpleasant. They almost behaved as if they did not want anyone staying at their hotel. My family and I weren't the only customers that received this horrible treatment. Another man and his family actually came to the reception very angrily complaining about the lack of care and consideration they were receiving in the midst of our foul treatment. It appears as though during peak seasons they may care more about the service they deliver but during off peak season they don't care how they treat their customers. The restaurant staff spent more time avoiding having to serve anyone than actually serving. The reception staff were friendly but unhelpful and the management were backstabbing and deceitful. Even the condition of our apartment was less than satisfactory (towel racks coming off the walls, sockets hanging out barely working and stale towels). I'm soooo disappointed with the treatment my family and I received. BEAUTIFUL cityHorrible hotel.

  + big supermarket in the east (about 1200 meters away)
  
  negative:
  - poor WiFi signal
  - noisy construction works
  - restaurant provides frozen pizza for 7,00€
  - fitness club not included (20€ per day)
