I took the suite wich cost 160 euro a night great suite , been in this place like 7 times before upon departure the staff wanted too search our luggage because a small towel of the room was missing ..I did not took it We let them go trough our luggage but its a 4 star hotel ?? Searching clients bags ???

We spent time enjoying the view off of the balcony. Beautiful decor. Only place to have a drink that has actually been open if you're looking for a cocktail. No wine. Friendly staff.

Nice spot and close to the action. Unfortunately during my visit my room was in the basement and smelled of sewage so it wasn't near as nice as my traveling companions up stairs rooms. Hotel in all in lovely.

Went to this place for a few drinks with some friends. Customer services was worse than non existential was very rude on multiple levels, the only compliment I can give is that it was consistent.

And for the cost you pay for the small limited drinks they serve you'd expect a lot more.

We went to the bar only and the bar man was so rude, we asked for the prices of beer and he didn't tell us the price for local beer, only imported beer at 30dh (speciale is 25dh) for 25cl. We only knew they sold speciale because we saw someone else drinking it.

He grew very impatient waiting for our orders, no smiles or thanks when we paid and wouldn't give us the wifi password, but told us to ask at reception.

There's another bar down the road called omun rabi or something similar, go there instead for booze.

But the problem in chefchaouen is to find a place to park your car.
