The overall package--value for the price, cleanliness, breakfast, etc. was wonderful. The room was modern, clean and carefully thought out in its design. In fact, it was designed around its beautiful view of the mountains. Breakfast was simple, but had enough items and choices to make it worthwhile, especially given the price. Overall, highly recommended.

Very nice hotel though without swimming pool. Good staff and rich breakfast. Clean comfortable rooms. Location ok no the heart of Tetouan, far from old Medina less than 5 minutes walk. Church is about 5 min walk too. Cheap in winter and early spring.

If not interested by the pool and the garden inside the hotel, I qualify this hotel as 5*, in fact , each thing have a high standing quality: the room, the bed, the bathroom and the restaurant it's also close to souk bab Nouader by 8min walking , all this with a competitive price. I really recommend it!

This is a nice hotel in the center of Tetouan. I stay in the suite which is very clean and provides a super beautiful view. The commodities are well equipped: tv, coffee machine, minibars, air-conditionner. There's only a shower in the bathroom. The only inconvenience is that during my stay (10th December 2016) there's water outage after 6 p.m. until 6 a.m. due to the construction on the back of Martil river and nobody at the hotel alerted me that at my checkin. However, the staff gave me 2 big bottles at night time. In summary, the price is quite reasonable for the quality of the service.

the hotel has ran out of water when people is still having a bath at night! there is no oral or literal warning in english since we check in at first place and no a single assistant after our serious complain. almost at midnight people have to find stores to buy some water in order to complish their bath, while hotel stuffs are just sitting or standing by like nothing's happening! next morning at half past 4 am water surply comes back surprisingly, then i get up immediately to irrigate the tolet. after that i can not sleep again. wretched me!

This was my first hotel in Tetouan and if I need a place to stay again it will be here. The service from the concierge was very friendly and helpful. They allowed me to see the room before I made my final decision. The price of the hotel is great especially for the location within the city. The room is very clean as well as the bathroom. The view from my room was beautiful. The mountains could be clearly observed from the multiple windows that lined the walls. The air conditioning was a great plus as well as the flat screen TV. The room service was also quick upon order, however be sure to keep any receipts from room service for the end of your stay.
