Absolutely avoid this hotel. We stayed one night here and the wifi never worked the whole time. When we asked about it they told us to turn the router off and on ourselves. Bugs are everywhere, pillowcase, window etc
The window does not mute the noise from outside so 3 in the morning be prepared to hear shouting, fighting etc. 350dh for 2 people not worth it, other places are cleaner and cheaper.response / report this review -

Dirty and smelly, cold room and shower water, and the worse of thing was the man in the reception treating people as he's giving the room for charity.. It doesn't worth that price they asked for

Nightmare dirty smelly disgusting hotel terrible staff disgusting breakfast bed bugs unfortunately had no option on the night but to stay there we were appalled at the service the disgusting breakfast was served by a rude arrogant women who had no manners literally snatched a glass out of my daughters hand as she went to get some orange juice telling her she's only allowed one glass of orange juice even though we gave back the disgusting breakfast she gave us the juice was the only safe thing to drink I'm telling you reconsider if your thinking off booking with this nightmare of a hotel you will be left traumatised forever!!!!!

Lieu pourri.
Personnel horrible, aucun signe de politesse, même pas un simple sourire. Un film d'horreur
Hygiène très moyen!
Les serviettes et les télécommandes ne sont pas disponibles dans les chambres, il faut les demander à la réception.
Absence totale d'isolation sonore, on dirait qu'on dort dans le couloir.
Douche cassée. Pas de papiers hygiéniques ni de savon ni de shampoing.
Petit déjeuner médiocre et servi trop tard ( à 8h nous nous sommes présentés, il n'y avait personne du personnel après 15min d'attente, nous avons préféré d'aller prendre le petit déj dehors, alors qu'il était inclus au tarif)
Conclusion : évitez à tout prix ce pseudo hôtel, sinon vous regrettez à vie votre séjour.response / report this review -

Pour ma part je n'y retournerai pas. J'y suis allé un soir car par d'autre solution. Je l'ai regretté. La prochaine fois dans la même situation je dormirai dans ma voiture. Lol 😁
