  Terrible customer service. Officially rated as a four star hotel, deserves only two for European standard. Flushing in the room doesn't work, water pressure very low, if you eat at the restaurant you can only order fancy European wine, if you want to drink tea, you need to get it yourself from the Cafe next door. Upon arrival, we were a group of a marathon club, people were assigned in different rooms, but you need to find out yourself in which room you are.. Rubbish customer service. Overpriced too

  Strange hotel. WiFi nearly works and If IT works there are like 1000 people using IT at the Same time. I also didn't Like the good there dir example there was overcooked pasta which was more of a puree than actual Pasta.

  A very dirty, smelly and extremely substandard and overpriced hotel. From service to ambiance to toilette rise to service to cleanliness, all aspects of the hotel were pathetic. Sheets were stained, Internet in the lobby only, NO escalators/ lift. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED.

  Since 10 days a roundtrip in maroc. And this was a terrible night in this hotel. Very, very noisable at night. Only 2 hours slept. The Consierge said it was the air condition. But we didn't use it at night. Farther the are many ant's at the room
  Stuff is friendly but can't deside anything. No compromise-willingness. The hotelmanager is not present. Pool was ok. Breakfast was minimalistic

  Good hotel. The room wasn't as clean as I'd expect it from a 4 star hotel. Rest was okay.
