So disappointed, I don't know where the good reviews are coming from. First of all, they dont clean the bedsheets. They only re-fold them after the travellers leave. That's what the people leaving the hostel told me, and I saw it the next morning when the cleaning lady came to the room. Just wow. I shortened my stay and decided to leave. Washroom smells, mattress not comfortable, and the cleaning lady actually lost my running shoes which I gave her for laundry, and had no clue where she put it. I had to look the entire hostel to find it in the rooftop unwashed. I don't recommend this hostel.
Good hostel right next to the big famous square in Marrakech medina. The location is indeed perfect .. at first can be very complicated to reach it By chance of luck in my own experience. He rooms are enough for a 5€/night price tag although the in my opinion they miss a little comfort. The high point is the place itself. Very beautiful with a interior courtyard and a big Terrace overlooking the medina. I did not like the bathrooms not so hygienic It's not Europe But still it's Marrakech. Free WiFi.
lovely hostel. but the dessert tour was horror! our driver got super aggressive and accused people on the bus not to have payed and wanted to leave them behind in the middle of nowhere! he just wanted them to pay again. driver was about to fight a passenger physically but we all went in between. In the tents in the dessert were bedbugs! beware!
Such a great and welcoming hostel. Booked one night stay here and ended up staying 4. Very welcoming staff who will go above and beyond to ensure that you get the most of your stay with recommendations on things to do, booking desert tours, free breakfast, bars which serve beers. welcome tea, accurate taxi prices, free family dinners at their restaurant. I honestly loved it here. Big thanks to Hassan.

We used Marrakech Airport Transfer twice during our stay in Morocco and we couldn't have been more satisfied.
When going to our riad in the Marrakech medina from the airport, immigration took over an hour. When we got out we however quickly found our guy and his colleague showed us to a spacious car with AC. They drove us right into the middle of the medina and called our hotel to ensure that we would be guided right.
Going to the airport two weeks later from a different riad we had a similar experience. Our driver had called our riad beforehand and announced where to meet us. He was in time and once again the ride was pleasant and we felt very safe
Decent place in a great location and very good price.
Great staff, great location, lovely hostel. Just perfect, can only recommend!
Nice and cheap hostel in the old area of Marrakesh, interior is typical, clean and spacious. Bathroom are good, sometimes bad smells. Terrance really cool with the good weather.
Staff are great! Very happy with my stay and would most definitely return. Make sure you get to know them- even if you use google translate :) The number of showers is the slightest minimal problem. Slightest. They are really hot and otherwise great. When you arrive you get hot tea and mint- and this continues throughout the whole stay. It really is a lovely environment here
While the staff is nice, I've never experienced a less-helpful bunch. None speak English well enough to tackle any kind of simple booking/cancellation issues, and the "Big Boss" is literally never available. After 48 hours of trying to cancel our last two days, we were told that it was too late, though it was because mr. "Big Boss" was unavailable. After waiting for hours in the lobby, we still haven't been able to talk to anyone who has power to issue a refund. So we are stuck here in Marrakech and have had to cancel travel plans already.
If you want to go to sleep before 1:00 am, don't count on it. Though they don't say this is a party hostel, they have no respect for guests, and will bump bad Moroccan pop music into all hours of the night.
Avoid Riad Dia. In fact, avoid Marakech. There are much more beautiful places to see that don't waste your time and money.

Best hostel in all Marrakech. Well placed in the center of marrakech, the stuff is like unbelievably incredible helpful and cool, always clean, you almost pay nothing for the stay and amazing decor. Words can't describe my satisfaction. Above all, everybody gets along with everybody pretty fast. Thx for everyone there, will come back :)
Staff is what makes this hostel valuable. Location is excellent. Dorms are a little to small and not so clean but you do get what you pay for and you pay very little here. Easy to make new friends and breakfast is delicious
