The best Hotel i've been in Morocco,the service is exceptionaly superb ,the people that work there, are extremely friendly from the start to the end.The gym is magnificent and they are giving free bottles of fresh water there .The view in the 15 th and 13 th foor is so awsome . An Hotel of 6 stars really.

I haven't been to a place quite like this but the service Nawal & Ikral was definitely the best I've received. I will always come back here for my visits. If they have not gotten raises they deserve one hands down.

Best hotel in Tanger. I had great stay there with its nice lounge bar. The concierge is awesome and was always available. I will always stop at this place cause the view is wonderful

Excellent location across from the train station and next to a mall. It's also a short walk to the board walk and has a beautiful view of the sea from the hotel restaurant on the top floor! The breakfast has lots of great options as well. The rooms were very comfortable and overall the stay was wonderful :)

Staying at the hotel now. Swimming pool is not heated and is therefore totally unusable because it’s freezing. Why?? TV remote in room is broken. No room service menu in room. Disappointed. It looks good though. Gym is also nice. But PLEASE heat your swimming pool so that it’s not ice.

If six stars existed I will give them to this hotel. Staff is the best I have ever seen, kind and helpful, the restaurant food was simply delicious and even the room service food surprised me. The views from the bar and terraze are spectacular. I wanted some cigarettes but because of ramadan I was not able to buy them in any store and they were kind enough to go find some for me
